Like you said it’s a mans nature to want more than one wife. It’s how Allah made him, perhaps to populate the earth, perhaps to provide for more women and children… sometimes it could be the reasons stated in the audio… there are many reasons. But listening to this made me think of the uncontrolled dunya man and woman who knows nothing about how to behave as a Muslim… and Islam is what WE value. Please don’t make women feel like it’s their “fault”. That’s problematic and creates unnecessary blame and guilt for something natural. A man could admit to having a good woman and still want polygyny. I’m someone who is interested in how polygamy can strengthen our community so I’m a friend not a foe.
