Dry flies, Parachute Adams, one year in

Tried once again to do some dry fly fishing instead of my usual streamers. Maybe at some point, I'll get better at it.
Funny part was, the streamer part of my brain had me triggering these fish with the skitter over anything else. So....I was still forcing the reactionary bite. I don't think that makes me a successful dry fly fisherman. It makes me a itty bitty streamer guy. Either way, it was a heck of a good time.
Missed a medium size pig brown and it ticked me off pretty good. Next time I'm bringing streamers with me.

It was pretty neat. I'm usually fishing the big streamers. But when I got there, fish were eating off the surface everywhere. I had to try the dry flies.

Thanks. I need all the advice I can get. Fun time, but it would be nice to have gotten at least 50% of the fish that boiled up. I'll try setting downstream. I was all adrenaline and frustration. No excuses, just rookie stuff. Thanks for watching 🤘🏻
