Meepo disperser is insane. You dont even need blink anymore, you can both chase and escape with disperser now AND it gives mega agi with a good build up of diffusal
if you could do a patch update for support that'd be great
the items you mentioned made snapfire go from a c tier right click build to a+ tier, also i would say a large portion of the popularity of gliepnir was from the shivas buff and parasma.
Always like these videos is like watching news. I like to hear about new stuff even tho i will still play the game exactly the same way ive been playing for the last decade.

playing carry this patch feels really awful if your team is losing or have anything of a bad lane / bad suport, you cannot jungle recovery as used to so my answer for this as 10 or something years carry player was switching to position 3,4,5 (mainly 4 since it has so much freedom and can dictate the pace of the game) idk if more people are doing this but for me it was really helpfull and even healthy. remember guys you can play more than one role while having fun. i hope this helps someone.
I just spam jugg, wk and troll lately. Yeah they're not as good as AM and void but they can recover way easier and join fights much earlier so it feels less bad when your team is sprinting it down

Mage SLayer looks so good on paper, but haven't found a good realible build for it. The item is kinda akward to build for first item, and dunno if you want it for the second big item slot
really good on ember though, 1 slight of fist and the entire enemy team deals 40% less spell damage
What do yo mean, basically half the offlaner pool buys it, 25% magic resistance and gutting the spell damage of anything you hit is huge. Freaking Viper offlane is good now because Shiva + Mage Slayer makes him unkillable.

The broken thing for meepo and disperser is that it saves him HARD. Meepo cant be a BKB buyer, its a waste, but diffusal is a normal item on him. Beyond that, if main meepo is silenced and other meepos are dying, he can disperser his main meepo and just megameepo saving his life and just having that haste MS and leave. Its insanely strong for meepo and is the reason his WR is so high

As my name suggests I love TA. And right now with the new revenant brooche you pack a punch even in super late game. Also the new neutral item that makes you so that you take extra 8% dmg but deal +16% dmg is great on TA.
In my bracket, the problem with the carry role is they're used to farming for 20 minutes, but the game is often over by then if the other team is playing active heroes. I can't tell you how many games my team gets run over by a team with some combo of Pudge, Tusk, SB, LC, Viper, Lion, Pugna, SS, WD... Meanwhile, our carry is in the jungle trying to farm up some items and we lost all of our T2s... And, if you're not used to fighting without a few items, then it is hard to adapt as a carry...
What's your bracket? In my bracket (2k) I feel like I never want to join early fights because my team is always looking for really bad ones, chasing way too far, not playing around vision etc.
I've gained about 400 MMR spamming bf jugg and troll, rad wk, and just splitting the map and threatening towers while I farm for 25 mins, get massive nw and take over the game while both teams clown around.
Ofc the weakness of this is if my team is stupid as hell and tries to force 4v5s way too hard, instead of playing more defensive enemy just gets massive and we lose
@@Flamebreakerful I'm at 1800 and have had some nice comebacks in exactly the same way. I am having the most consistent success with Drow at Pos 1. When I see the pattern, I make it a point to show up to 1 or 2 fights and throw out a silence and an arrow barrage. It gives me just enough NW to increase farm and then takeover the game. Jugg has been solid for me, too. I mostly play Pos 3, though, so it sucks watching the Pos 1 get lost in the team fight cycle.
If the enemy is death balling, then you have two lanes that should be pushing into them to force a reaction. The safest lane should be pushed by the carry while the other is pushed by the mobile 2 or 3.
@@TheMrCurious For sure. That's what I do and then get flamed for not fighting with the team, lol. It's wild how people don't recognize patterns. We lost every fight mid for the last 5 minutes... Maybe we should do something else? I have had a few nice comebacks as Abaddon when I just kept pushing the opposite lanes, hit my manta timing and started destroying.
as a carry the reason a carry player farms longer that they are supposed to is either they just braindead or because people dont know their roles your support just pulls mindlessly and sits behind you afraid to get hit so you burn through healing and have to recover in the jungle this is so bad if your playing with a non jungle carry like pre mom void, a mid like puck or ember would farm post 10minute because they got destroyed or is just treating it as a carry so we get pressured even more, an offlane takes the triangle ancient space almost all the time for some freaking reason, offlane is called offlane because the hero opposing the carry has the skills/stats to kill your timings and is supposed to be advantageous. See its your team's job to set you for success early so you can contribute mid game or lead late game its not gonna work if your team makes it impossible and plays catchup by farming instead of getting map control we have to hit our timings to be a carry if we have to play catch up then what are we supposed to do
I feel like other item is veil/shivas, veil is the new vanguard it seems
Fr disperser has not trickled down into all of my pubs yet, but I see at least 3 shiva's a game
veil is a good item to rush now, it makes it even better that upgrades into shiva, it's insane

Yes, the Veil seems nerfed but it simply changed the hero role. I role-play off, and I take it out with each hero, because you are basically an aura carrier and there is nothing that has a faster impact than Veils in TF if your team composition has a lot of magic damage.
Veils + 2 Bracers + botas + Daga and you dominated early game.
Except HC, I take veil with any role if my team doesn't take the item
That's how good it is at least in 4k games

one item i whould add to the OP list is Pipe on supports, supports who can afford to buy a Pipe are really strong RN

Shivas, eternal shroud combo is dictating a lot of the Offlane picks in current pro games
any hero that can rush shivas + mageslayer in their build will be S tier, Ember spirit seems to be crushing every game, Earthspirit mid is playable again mid going this build, viper also can rush this build from mid or offlane

It is a hero that works for me well, so thinking whether it makes sense.
its a no brainer on drow. as BSJ mentioned, heroes like medusa and sniper (and drow) who can get shutdown and killed fast when disabled love the item!

any ranged carry would love that juicy MS boost for proper positioning

So I needed to switch to medusa, which work as well, but it feels like every single game has at least one agi core who likes to make disperser as well... :D

Dota2ProTracker. Follow it for optimal item builds but cross reference with Dotabuff because it is exclusively used for high mmr games. Builds are tailored for the high bracket where you can rely on your teammates and aren't optimal when you need to scale as support as games go ultra-late often.

@@dariussonofjazzlin7433 I play a bunch but I've bought it for warlock, veno, venge, NP. But usually depending on our lineup if we have heavy right clickers and no one is buying it. I would usually buy drums or solarcrest before that

As Luna, disperser became my classic "go to" before disasembling mom. MoM=>Manta stays. Bkb or daedlus or disperser. If I bkb, I wait daedlus to go disperser, but sometimes I straight disperser against heavy slow but no stun / heavy dmg comp. Its so strong to chase / retreat your whole team ! Its a wonderfull solo item that can help others so hard. And not that mana costly
I haven't tried Ember with mage slayer yet, i was always playing with battle fury first item but now I'm building orb of corrosion maelstrom (to later build it into a gleipnir) then battle fury, i should try a mage slayer in between those items.

I think it's better these days to skip the corrosion on mid ember. Instead, go bottle - phase boots - blight stone - wand - mage slayer - bkb/maelstrom/radiance/shivas etc

Probably just a meme, but Pudge carry with aghms + bloodstone (AoE boost) + bkb is early timings with strong team fight
Pudge with shivas, bloodstone, aghs and ethereal shroud is bonkers. He can just go in and rot and he will be the last to go down.
That's like 13k worth of items, any hero is strong with that much money. You can rush Shivas and be unkillable for a lot less gold.
