benicecunt o.k. I corrected it. I think I wrote it in the past tense because to me it doesn’t look like David has dealt with his trauma from the ridicule, he still seems to identify with it. I still feel like he is still suffering from that ridicule, because of that I feel like he has fallen from the place he was before. He had a more innocent presence full of love and seeing the best in humanity when he first appeared on the wogan show and now it seems as though that innocence is lost and masked with pain. His sense of trust in humanity has diminished from what it was before, I think subconsciously that might be why he spends a lot of time in solitude because he doesn’t feel like he can trust humanity because they stabbed him in the back and broke his heart. Icke was attempting to expose some general themes in order to prepare the public for the real, immediate evil. Perhaps if people were more willing to listen to Icke back in the 80's and 90's, he could have generated enough momentum and leverage to force an inquiry into Saville while he was still alive. I think the disrespectful aspect of the views which Wogan expressed here is that to believe in the things which Icke does, in itself makes him in some way mentally ill. I sort of agree with what Judy said about him being vulnerable, in that he was expressing beliefs which made him an easy target for ridicule, and I don't think he was prepared for the impact it had on his life at that particular time. But to say a person is mentally ill solely for having beliefs which are alternative to commonly accepted ones, or ones which seemingly cannot be proven, is not on. I strongly suspect that Wogan would not have sat there and ridiculed a world renowned religious leader in such a way, and such beliefs can easily be seen in a similar light to Icke's views. I have an acquaintance. We met couple of years ago as co-workers. We don't work together any longer but we still work in the same line. We've become friends. When we disscus the work I mostly (although not always) agree with him but more importantly for me he has arguments that make sense. Even if I don't agree with him I appreciate that he has an opinion and he has reasons to think what he thinks. When we talk about a neutral topic like women, sport, traveling and the sort of things friends usually discuss with each other, it's a joy to talk to him. This all, however, drops when we discuss the present developments of the alleged epidemy, the EU, wars, (the induced) economy crisis... etc. He suddenly becomes an utter sheeple, literally agressively defending the official narrative of the mainstream. He has no own arguments and he always parrots the official arguments (and sometimes not even arguments) only that "the EU is a guarantee to our freedom" or why we should wear face masks etc. Like if you're talking to the TV screen. When I carefully question his attitudes and try to express a different opinion or view on things, he becomes literally insane. It's always a grand show of demagogy and bigotry and when he asks me to support my opinions with arguments he always interrupts me, never letting me finish to present him my arguments. I have no energy to explain to him the real state of affairs because he never listens and I always look like an idiot. That's why I admire David Icke, who has literally for decades now persistently been presenting his attitude, opinions and research based conclusions on the way the world works, with no regards for incessant attempts to mock and discredit him. I’m actually bewildered as to why Wogan didn’t actually look into David’s work. Icke was attempting to expose some general themes in order to prepare the public for the real, immediate evil. Wogan was aware of that and set out to destroy any credibility Icke may have had, and ensure that the public would only laugh instead of listen.
Perhaps if people were more willing to listen to Icke back in the 80's and 90's, he could have generated enough momentum and leverage to force an inquiry into Saville while he was still alive. However, without vast public support such things will never happen.

I think the disrespectful aspect of the views which Wogan expressed here is that to believe in the things which Icke does, in itself makes him in some way mentally ill. I sort of agree with what Judy said about him being vulnerable, in that he was expressing beliefs which made him an easy target for ridicule, and I don't think he was prepared for the impact it had on his life at that particular time. But to say a person is mentally ill solely for having beliefs which are alternative to commonly accepted ones, or ones which seemingly cannot be proven, is not on. I strongly suspect that Wogan would not have sat there and ridiculed a world renowned religious leader in such a way, and such beliefs can easily be seen in a similar light to Icke's views. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs, regardless of who else shares them. Wogan was entitled to wholeheartedly disagree with Icke, but he was not entitled to get cheap laughs at his beliefs.

I have an acquaintance. We met couple of years ago as co-workers. We don't work together any longer but we still work in the same line. We've become friends. When we disscus the work I mostly (although not always) agree with him but more importantly for me he has arguments that make sense. Even if I don't agree with him I appreciate that he has an opinion and he has reasons to think what he thinks. When we talk about a neutral topic like women, sport, traveling and the sort of things friends usually discuss with each other, it's a joy to talk to him.
This all, however, drops when we discuss the present developments of the alleged epidemy, the EU, wars, (the induced) economy crisis... etc. He suddenly becomes an utter sheeple, literally agressively defending the official narrative of the mainstream. He has no own arguments and he always parrots the official arguments (and sometimes not even arguments) only that "the EU is a guarantee to our freedom" or why we should wear face masks etc. Like if you're talking to the TV screen. When I carefully question his attitudes and try to express a different opinion or view on things, he becomes literally insane. It's always a grand show of demagogy and bigotry and when he asks me to support my opinions with arguments he always interrupts me, never letting me finish to present him my arguments. I have no energy to explain to him the real state of affairs because he never listens and I always look like an idiot. That's why I admire David Icke, who has literally for decades now persistently been presenting his attitude, opinions and research based conclusions on the way the world works, with no regards for incessant attempts to mock and discredit him. Unlike Icke I can't explain to an idiot that he's an idiot because I always become depressed soon, resigning to my efforts. Please, go on, David! Like a light in a dark tunnel.
