- The scene at the church left me speechless...
The plot was incredibly well written from secondary surveys to main characters' development. I'm gonna miss our cast for a while! Definitly entered my top favorite dramas!!
I tried to portray here the sensibility of Bareum after the brain surgery he received. He became such a touching anti-hero by his complexity and his mixed feelings were so well expressed by Lee Seunggi, the role was made for him! I cried like crazy in last episode specially that two line "The Almighty heard your prayers, you are no longer a monster"
"Did the deity do this to punish him...or to save him?"
I watched psycho series and movies a lot. But never feel any ounce sympathy towards them. But jung bareum the exception. What if his family didn't get killed and he got treatment to control his urge to hurt others. Poor bareum and yohan
Ikr... i'm sure he wouldn't have turned this way if people around him would have been more honest with him and if they'd have considered him as a normal human being and not a monster to begin with :( it's soooo unfair

The fact is that no one really loved him .. love can heal everything but he didn't get that but after the surgery he got the love he was waiting for and felt the same ..
I don't think love could've stopped him from being a killer but if those bs people would've been humane to him, didn't provocate him and give him baits, he would've remained just a harmless psychopath
@@JJ-fn8lo true! Oz even gave him drugs that made him violent, if he had gotten the psychological help and parental love he deserved, he would have had a normal life. Even though mainstream is so misinformed about psychopaths, they do feel emotions like everyone else, they just have low empathy, have little fear etc. But all those things don't make you a bad person, bad actions do. And even then you are not unredeemable. Oz has as much blood an their hands as Ba Reum.

I’ve never felt so bad for a villain before I honestly cried like crazy for bareum. He deserved better I felt like him becoming a killer could have been prevented if it wasn’t for his real mom and the government maybe he would have turned out better. He really didn’t want to be a bad person the system failed him but I also couldn’t forgive for killing those people especially bongyi’s grandma and the pastor😭😭 those scenes were heartbreaking 💔
