In Dil Hi Toh Hai Season 3, post Ritwik’s and Palak’s accident, the show takes a 2-year leap. In these two years, the life of the Noon’s has undergone tremendous changes, with Ritwik gone into coma and the collapse of their family business. @@theclasher1710 when palak vikrant married each other, they made it very clear that they will part ways as soon as Ritwik returns...so what changed now? Palak should not feel bad about leaving vikrant because it's not like she gave him any hopes and now she is breaking it...from the day 1 she told that she can't move on from Ritwik! So I think she is not betraying vikrant in anyway..right now, if she is betraying anyone it's Ritwik.
