@@jdagreat4595 To be Black means to be Afrakan. Afrakan is the cultural identity of Blackness just like Blackness is the racial classification of Afrakan. All Blacks across the world are the children of Afraka even if we didn't directly derive out of Afraka. My maternal family are native Indian roots so yeah many American Blacks were already here however we're still Afrakan & Afraka is still the motherland. Before Europeans (Spaniards) procreated with the native Indians going back to the 1400s, Afrakans and Indians had already been mixing hundreds and thousands of years prior to the arrival of Europeans (Spaniards). Most of the original native tribes slaughtered by the Europeans (Spaniards) were Black or Afrakan Indians. Europeans genetically contaminated Black Indian vital fluid which is how we have our modern day "native Indians" which are White Indians, and many modern day Eurocentric "Mexicans". Being "native" or "indigenous" doesn't mean you're not Afrakan. There's a very thin line. Because even the first original Indians were migrating Afrakans out of the Afrakan continent who journeyed the world before settling in various areas including Mexico.

It goes both ways . IF you are Jamaican, Haitian, Afro british, afro colombian, Afro cuban, afro venezuelan, Afro mexican, Afro panamanian, Afro dominican, Afro puerto rico, Afro american, etc...and all other Afro something, remember one thing, in Afrika, lies a man and woman just few hundred years old who is directly responsible for you being a live. If you are Nigerian, somalian, zambian or any other Afrikan, remember that there are fellow afrikans whose skulls are still buried in this land whose great great grand children now live in foreign lands. What I am trying to say is, doesnt matter where you are born, we bounded together in a deeply spiritual way through this land we call Afrika and no one whatsoever is more Afrikan than the other. A Nigerian is more nigerian than myself, an Malawian is more Malawian than me, a Congolese is more Congolese than me, but none of these people are more Afrikan than me and that's how we should relate to each other, different nationalities, same people. A Ghanaian is likely to have similar DNA with Jamaican who has never been to Afrika than the DNA between the same Ghanaian to a Rwandese. A Nigerian is likely to have same DNA with Afro brazilian than the same Nigerian to a Zimbabwean to Azanian socalled South Africa. So if a Nigerian see me as closer to him than his fellow Yorubas who were forced into slavery in Brazil, he's just playing himself. Me and you are both Afrikans who are born and raised here, but you would find that you have matching genetics with someone in Cuba or brazil than you would with me. If you look at it that way, it shows you how deeply we are connected and are one. So lets stop division and lets stop acting like there is hierarchy on Africaness because there is non, there are just displaced Afrikans and afrikans left behind and in some cases trying to displace themselves. We all connected.. we are one. We are Afrikans first before any religion tribe or foreign borders. We have created this World Wide Pan African Movement for me and you to rally and unite all those who subscribe to Pan Africanism, Black Consciousness, Black Power Movement, Pro-Afrikan, Pro-Black Unity. Let us all work towards building this Revolutionary Movement World Wide, Malcolm X once said "The only way to predict the future is to prepare for it today", therefore we plead with you all descendent of Afrikan soil to come together as one to build a mighty race and restore its former glory. Fascinating video Probably the best you’ve done in my opinion. It was like video journalism or a documentary into a remote Mexican village. These people live much simpler inasmuch there aren’t a whole bunch of electronic distractions such as smart phones and gadgets like most places these days. The young teen boys were not addicted to their video games and they enjoyed the outdoors. The family environment seemed full of love and community. They seemed to live modest but wore nice clothing and had access to healthy foods so they were certainly not living in extreme poverty. I read Mexico has well over a million black people. Some of the people to me looked mixed Indian or native ( Mestizo) along with African features. Their African heritage goes back to around the 1600’s or so when Spanish colonizers brought African slaves. Very interesting.
Mestizo is a native and European mix, the term you meant was Zambo, African native mix. Both of these terms are archaic and not in use. In Mexico it is considered rude to ask or assume a person's mix. Identifying by race is more an American thing.
@Vegas Element Historians still argue what vincentes actual mix was, so dont listen to people online when the actual experts still argue on his mix. At the end of the day he was mexican, and nationality is always above admix, not so much with Americans.
YES THEY ARE MIXED AND WHAT PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND IS THAT IN MEXICO "NEGRO" DOESN'T NECESARILLY REFER TO YOUR RACE BUT RATHER JUST DARK SKINNED PEOPLE. FOR WHAT EVER REASON THERE ARE GROUPS OF PRO BLACK PEOPLE THAT LIKE TO FOLLOW THE 1 DROP RULE WITHOUT THINKING OF THE LOCAL CUSTOMS. KEEP THAT SHIT IN THE US.
@30 minutes, the group had alot of fun. One of the girls has a Nahuatl or Aztec name (Xochitl) and Marwa had a hard time understanding her name. Just a couple tips because I'm familiar with the culture. Let people see your eyes when you meet so they can see your face and trust you more. Also, it would help you a lot to have a proper interpreter cause you are dropping some incredible gems whilst interacting with these beautiful people. Still, I understand it's not easy to find one. Love how chill the atmosphere is. Must be nice to be as one with the whole community. Seems like one huge family that's been together since ancient times. Africans were drawn in Mayan paintings fighting along side them. As did the second president of Mexico who was Afro-Mexican! His name is Vicente Guerrero who freed our people from slavery and told the US any African enslaved was welcomed to be free in Mexico! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
@@for.u925 Yes he did and that doesn't make him Black! He was Mestizo and Mulato mix; rhe average Mexican is 3 to 6% Sub Saharan African which doesn't make them Black and Vicente Guerrero never identified as Bmack. The 1 drop rule was an American phenomenon, it was also overturned in 1967.
@@for.u925 You said Black and his hair is wavy which is typical of Whites, Mestizos and Middle Eastern peoples. Don't go to Afrocentric or pro Black sites as they always alter photos to make a person look darker and more Black features. There are several photos of him. The world doesn't go by the White American definition of Black.
Very nice video seeing how our black people live in Mexico. We are known for our hospitality and I see you enjoyed the lunch which looked delish. Enjoy your travels....
There’s also a small Town in Oaxaca called El Barrio De La Soledad that has a big Afro Mexican population… I didn’t actually realize that they were of African descent because to me they were just normal Mexican people until I came to the USA and saw the segregation of races and actually started distinguishing different type of people races as that’s something common here in the US.

A. Was it from the ape/hominids Charles Darwin's (The OUT OF AFRICA) theory?
B. Was it from the "Adam and Eve" Biblical creation story?

Color, Density, &Temperature of naturally filtered fresh sweet oxigenated running water from a River is never equal to the Color, Density, and Temperature of Ocean concentrated salty water, most of the time.
These 2 different types of waters have different histories, but can live side by side with each other, while each is retaining its own individual chatacteristics, will never mix or blend completely into one common colored body of water, specially where the chemistry composition, the salinity, and depths of ocean bottom floors are not leveled at the same heights .
There are mountain peaks, valleys, even volcanoes down there, under the ocean waters of the Earth, to say the least.
There is even claim that intelligent ALIENS with BASES and portals exist under some of the ocean waters.

To be Black means to be Afrakan.

I've always known for years Mexicans had some African in them bc we come in all shades and colors. From being guerros to dark. I think it's beautiful and I love that I look exotic and embrace all my ethnicities. Thank you for doing this I really enjoyed watching this my African brother!
I am glad young brother that you are having the opportunity to travel all over the world to see for yourself and report about people, as well as be able to show this on your platform, to a vast majority of African / Black people that may not have the chance to travel and have the opportunity .
Dude, that was cool. I'm not Afro-Mexican, but I'm glad to see my Afro-Mexican compatriots getting more recognition.
If you get a chance, read and make a video about Vicente Guerrero Saldaña, a hero of Mexico.

I love how you speak Spanish. You are intentional with the accent and in relating to the natives. I like how you show the similarities for people to see that we are brothers and sisters.
As a Mexican, Thank you for bringing out our brothers and sisters that get forgotten by their own paisanos.

This was such a great video! And the next day I was experimenting to make a tropical alcoholic beverage and I blended different fruits together like a smoothie with alcohol flavored liqueur and when I blended it together it looked like the aerial shot where the River ran into the ocean! Such a happy coincidence. I appreciate the diligence that she went through to find people that looked like you in other continents. And when all is said and done, so many people around the world live basically the same. We are all Brothers and sisters of the human race, with similar basic needs. We should embrace and respect everyone

AFRIKA MUST UNITE OR PERISH..

@@georgewilliams7351 Thank you. I just got back from 2.5 months in Guatemala beautiful country and even nicer people. I was privilege to witness one of programs to help educate kids on the importance or farming and nutrition in a country where so many kids are malnourished. I made many friends with both mixed and indigenous people. I will definitely be going back
Fascinating video Probably the best you’ve done in my opinion.
At the end of the day he was mexican, and nationality is always above admix, not so much with Americans.
in the New Spain , now México all people was free people many blacks scapes from USA in this time and find freedom in Mexico
Brings tears to my eyes😭 look at all these beautiful Black Mexicans, my brothers and sisters. 🙏🏿🙏🏾🙌🏿🙌🏾🇲🇽👑🏆❤️💙
Scattered all over the world 😮
@30 minutes, the group had alot of fun. Lastly, when approaching women and children, be careful and understand that people are shy to speak with men unless in a group. Having a lady with you to help translate would expand conversations tremendously. Great video and thank you for expanding people's minds since most don't know of the existence of AfroMexicanos.
Thanks for finding our brothers and sisters who for many years been adventures and only selfish few who think of controlling and misusing lives of other for their benefit. Thank you for your great documentaries you bless us with.

He was NOT Afro Mexican; he was Mestizo and Mulato mix. Afro is just Black!!
@@celticmulato2609 he had black in him!! just look online
@@celticmulato2609 no one said hes straight up black but it was in him. And very obvious lol just look at his hair texture. Whats your point?
@@for.u925 You said Black and his hair is wavy which is typical of Whites, Mestizos and Middle Eastern peoples. Don't go to Afrocentric or pro Black sites as they always alter photos to make a person look darker and more Black features. There are several photos of him. The world doesn't go by the White American definition of Black.
