I love how David emphasized on financial stability and having the means to move out because it's true, it's no joke. When my dad kicked me out good thing I have a job na may tulugan or else I would have been in the streets
Oh shit. That is just bad. As for me, dad wants me out too. But mom bought a house and lot near ours. And true, its hard adulting. I have to pay my own bills. Ang hirap pala.

Lucky are those can afford, who have the financial means to buy a condo. Admiration for those who purchase, thinking of purchasing any real estate property. Real estate investing works..as population grows, so the need of homes. Thanks for all the advices. You addressed all the points before purchase.

#a living space, a room, apartments,shared living arrangements is home.
#independence is rewarding and contributes to maturity
#children are not property of parents. Let them seek their future.
