There are unnecessary documents wanted by the delhi embassy. They asked me for a letter from CHED and once I got it then they asked me another letter from BOI authentication. I got them this letter too . Now they are asking for a notarized letter from the university that they will help me convert my 9a visa to 9f visa because they couldn't find my university name listed in BOI website whereas I have given them a letter from BOI with my university's authentication code and it is available on the website too.They issued visa to 3 students from kolkata and they took my passport and told me to get the letter only then they will release my passport.
