    Quick suggestion. Get rid of the glass cutting board it is bad for the cutting edge of your knives.

    One more tip...use your thermometer in the thigh. The breast comes up to temp way before the rest of the chicken.
    i like your recipe, and demonstration. i will try it! Thanks!

    Nobody called you "boy." :-P
    HOW TO CUT THE CHICKEN:
    1. THE DRUMSTICKS ARE FACING YOU - CUT THEM OFF WITH THE THIGHS IN TACT @ THE JOINT
    2. CUT OFF THE WINGS MAKING A SMALL CUT IN FRONT, AND BEHIND.
    3. CUT OUT THE BACK BONE
    4. CUT THROUGH THE BREAST BONE
    5. CUT THE DRUM STICK, AND THE THIGH, RIGHT BEHIND THE LINE OF FAT, CLOSEST TO THE DRUM STICK.
    * THIS WILL GIVE YOU 8 pieces of chicken.
    Thank you for sharing your video, Weber did a horrible job featuring this piece of the Gourmet Grill Set. I love your property as well! You did an excellent job with your cooking area and the sink outside. Very nice!

    i love all this stuff you have for the weber/ beer can chicken cooker/ roaster all the other stuff, wow it is amazing the new design innovations that this weber company has come up with since i last bought my kettle...when i bought mine a few years ago they were just making a weber beer can chicken roster the ones that you bought for other grills were too high, you had to cook it right on the grate with the beer or else the bird was to high for the lid.....very classy gourmet out doors tools.. your family and friends must really love the great outdoors... cheers...

    You may want to try some flexible cutting mats from Amazon. 3 for $5.97. You can pick up the mats, and pour your cut veggies into your bowl, quickly.

    He touches the chicken then touches oil container and seasonings containers...Did he wash the containers?????????Also raw carrots take a lot longer to cook than taters and onions. Nice table set up for the weber grill.

    I normally do beer can chicken Old school then veggies in aluminum foil. I’m looking at investing into one of these poultry accessories, but was curios how the vegetables come out? With them uncovered, do they seem dry or is this worth the purchase? Thanks man, love the vids!

    • @BaumGrillinzBBQ
      @BaumGrillinzBBQ  4 роки тому

      They did seem a bit dry.. could of definitely used some more moisture! My fault probably because I do not believe I added enough oil. But overall it worked well! Very happy with mine!
