My Siberian only reacts on moving things,but is not interested at all in special toys.She is a master(mistress) in purring,butttt.....she seldom does!She answers by opening her mouth,but most of the time without any sound.
@ And....also with such protruding shoulder bones?And being heavier than she looks? They are said to be no lap cats.Wait!!!! From bed to my lap and if she have it her way,all day long !!!.And if necessary....hard to get her down from my lap.! Same with regard to the fridge.Yeah..a spoiled madam!! But ....her tangles on her heavy fur from time to time.Hard work!
You are wonderful cat parents! I can see that Leo feels so secure in his new home surrounded by good people. I had my fires Siberian for almost 16 years and now my second one is 3.5 months old boy. Siberians make such a good friends and always stick around their human family.

This time of year, my cat's on a new self-improvement plan called IS-Intermittent Sleeping-and OMAD-One Meal A Day. It’s 23 hours of hardcore napping followed by a one-hour all-you-can-eat buffet.
Once my cats starts sleeping theres no possible way to wake them. They will start to come around when they smell food and the ultimate is the noisy blender and dreaded vacuum! 😂😹
