What I love about Kawakami-Sensei is the rationale he has about things...what I mean with that is the following, when we think about Ninjas one of the first things that we think about are Shurikens, but Kawakami-Sensei says: "in those times iron was expensive, it wasn´t very useful to throw Shurikens and lose them, a stone would serve the same purpose" and he is right, we romanticize SO MUCH Ninjas and it is much simplier than we think about. I would like to learn Ninjutsu like that but some people say that I cannot because of vision-impaired although my sense of hearing and touch is pretty ultra-high so I don't know what do you all think they're going to learn Ninjutsu or what

分銅鎖は、最初の一撃を回避しなければ使えないので、互角以上の身体能力を持つ相手に対しては、まるで役に立ちません。
実際には、初撃を受け止めて受け流すことができる鉄扇がよく使われていました。

この動画は忍者刀の使い方すら間違っています。
忍者は、相手に武器を見せず、刃を傷付けず折らないように、刃を交えない使い方をするのが基本です。
忍者刀は相手から見えないように、間合いをつかまれないように、逆手に持つのが基本です。したがって、このように突き出してきた刀を鎖で絡め取ることはできません。
殺陣が、現実離れした、まったくの素人の発想で構成されています。
素手で接近されたと思ったら、すれ違いざまに体が切れている。それが本物の忍者の技です。
また、忍者系の暗殺者と取っ組み合いをすると、高確率で毒を受けて死亡します。
相手が毒を仕込んだ熊手の類を装着していたり、毒針を仕込んだ小筒などを所持している可能性もあるので、この動画のように暗殺者の小手付近に自分から手を近付けて、絡め取ろうとするのは非常に危険です。
毒武器の存在を知っている本物の忍者は、絶対にこの動画のようなミスはしません。
分銅鎖は、素早く頭蓋骨を粉砕するか、比較的安全な離れた位置から相手の手足を絡め取って動きを封じる使い方をするのが正解です。

夜間真っ黒い服を着て歩くと、シルエットが際立ってかえって目立つので、本物の忍者は着用を避けます。
間違いだらけのフェイク情報=フィクションに惑わされないようにしましょう。
