great job, I did this in Holland back in 1999 and alls I remember is that the person spraying has the easy job and the person ruling which was usually me is knackered by the end off the day
Iv been working with the sp11 for over 14 years covering new and old buildings all over the north east with all types of monorex render finishes these machines are the best, I love it keeps you fit, keep them wings flapping boys take care. David Rippon. cook and Rippon plasterers. Durham.
Thats the way to do it...great job. Glad to see the irule being used to level off. Ive seen so many cowboys on here so its nice to see you boys showing how to do it properly. Nice one👌
i know im asking randomly but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost the login password. I love any tips you can offer me!
@Francisco Braylen thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
sure you do well hitting loads of this on sites but on a domestic the scratch back seems to be a problem product, getting dirty and repairs being a huge issue , and if the sun gets it good areas around the beads can pop out from the few times I bothered using this product. You do it well still using an ibar and a rule as ive seen people apply it and then just spat it flattish then use a scratch pad on it! I like the backing coat followed by 1.5 silicone topping, cost more but lasts longer, im sure you do that system your self's.
Machines like this are good if you are on your own and want to put in big days while reserving your energy, and even better if you have a capable team that can actually screed, float and finish. Slightly different her in Aus though, we have to apply another thin texture coat to that surface for it to be finished, usually the next day.
Mate you wouldnt on your own using a machine i promise you. Its a 2&1 things. Labourer feeding the hopper...the sprayer and the ruler of . You get it on..rule and close it up...then come back and finish it. Even the small machines like the pft ritmo you need a 2&1.
ACE PLASTERING one coat of plaster is wrong. should always have atleast 2 coats. 1st the scratch coat then a top coat. even a cowboys horse knows that.
ACE PLASTERING nice upload nice as regards anyone putting up a vid of crew knocking out 150m2 render by hand for 10am lol it ain't gonna happen bud in my book when any spread starts talking about how fast they can get m2 on I stop listening ... top job lads 👍👏
I would mix my own stuff labour for myself and put on and finished with a sponge finish quicker than this half the price and I would be playing golf by 2 o clock
Wake up...this is the way to do specialized renders properly. Plastering is vast and this is one aspect of it. Machine plastering on commercial jobs is widley used through europe indoors with products like mp75 one coat and outdoor specialized renders like krend and many others. The trade is full of too many wollies that do a few square metres of float and set and claim to be spreads. They know nothing. Plastering in the correct hands is an art so appreciate and try to learn abit more.
5 years old and it's still one of the best spray render videos on youtube. Well played lads.
Nice to see people showing how it’s done, been rendering for 6 years but have only used a Putzmeister once. We use a Lancy PH9B-S

Pues si se rifan los gabachitis
There's also smaller pumps for spraying it(pft pumps)...we are doing this work in Spain for 15 years..2 workers can do betwen 50-100m² per day
If you are in Spain 15 years you must be good, I may have 20,000m2 in about a year's time a bit north of Seville if you are interested.
Just one pass then ? 10 mm system ?
nice vid mate, you could put Wallcrete through that pump bud

Finish with a sponge. Labour for yourself...what a crank. You dont use a sponge on this you plonker. Stick to your sand and cement.
