Back revisiting this. Sleep apnea is legit. I'm only 170lbs and struggled with it. The best thing I did was get a Cpap machine. I'm glad Jack got a chance to make a few videos after his surgery. I really miss his updates and comments. I use my DJ blackened seasoning often. Rest in Peace, good sir.

Mr. Chaplin I am so happy that your surgery has been successful, me too have undergone Nissen fundoplication about 40 days ago and it was good. I'm advised to not lift heavy objects and exercise intensively for at least a couple of monthes, I think it will be good for you to do the same and let the diaphragm heal compeletly.
About the food, I'm amazed!!! We have a dish called "Dolmeh" in Iran, which is called "Dolma" in Azerbaijan and "Yalançi Dolma" in Turkey. It is grape leaves stuffing!!! The leaves must be young, tender, soft ans sour, then we fill them with ground beef, onions, ground sheep fat, soaked rice and of course seasoning. Then the process is the same with yours, just we add water and oil in the pot and let it simmer down. Then we eat it with sweet grape juice (which is thick like honey-there is nothing like that in America) mixed with yoghurt.

Do not know you went through this. I had open heart surgery in 2010. Glad you are still here and cooking. I am from central Kentucky (Go Cats) and we love stuffed cabbage here.
