Love the song, but I dont think they own the phrase. Owning words people can use is weird
It's not about owning the phrase. It's about how much they used the song to promote the film as well as using it in the film. 50 grand for all of that is nothing.
they used their song where the chorus is "here comes the boom" and also literally named/promoted the movie after it are you high ?
