Yeah the only thing wrong with zero were the controls unfortunately, the problem was the game didn’t know wether you wanted to play on the tv or the game pad, they should re-release it for switch with normal (n64) starfox controls
I actually enjoy the WiiU Game Pad. I don't get the hate over it, as it was more like a traditional controller then the Wii remote was. I felt gamers & third party developers didn't give it a chance. It's microphone was ideal for online play. It's touchscreen would've been ideal for porting PC games. (Minecraft not utalizing it was baffling.) And it still has traditional button controls too for "normal" games.
A new starfox story is needed, desperately, command was eh, but I appreciate assault for how cinematic it felt at times, especially with it's finale and ending. Also we need Krystal in HD STAT
I agree. Assault has an amazing story and great characters. Unfortunatley, Star Fox Zero merely existing, being a retelling of 64 AGAIN, makes me lose hope on something original like Assault.
My Starfox experience is weird as hell...Adventures was my first one and that basically wasn't and should not have been a Starfox game...I played that, then Assault, then Command, then 64, then Zero lol. I did enjoy Assault a lot though, mixed things up a lot. Had some on foot with blaster combat which I liked because I was used to being on foot in Adventures and it also had Arwing and Landmaster combat aplenty, so plenty of everything. Probably the best of the bunch. A new story and more Krystal would be nice
So do I! I loved Assault, almost as much as 64! Adventures wasn't even that bad either, except the ending felt forced and rushed. I'm sick of Nintendo rehashing 64's plot. Just make Command non-canon and pick up where Assault left off story-wise and give us more of what we want! Not every game has to be "innovative," and I wish Nintendo/Miyamoto would realize that.
I actually REALLY liked Starfox Assault and thought it was a good direction for the series to go. The story got me involved. There was enough Arwing bits for the Starfox feel and I didn't mind the land segments. Infact I really enjoyed them.
Assult is the game that me and my brothers really fell in love with the series with. They could keep doing one-off plots like that forever and I'd be down for it. Because I don't CARE about andross and venom, I care about the ships and the characters! So why do they keep reusing the same plot??
I wouldn't blame Platinum for Star Fox Zero going the way it did. I'd blame Miyamoto since he was at the helm here and he was trying to hamfist the Wii U gimmicks in this game. And lets get real a lot of this is coming down to current era Miyamoto's changing view on games. I loved the Wii, but come on man it was time to give up the "simplifying everything" Miyamoto era and he still has an obsession with selling motion controls. Forcing the motion controls and looking up at down at the gamepad? Really? I'm not a graphics whore, but the Wii U could do much more than that. And what was up with the game pretty much being a slight retelling of Star Fox 64?
?Mr. E that wasn't that bad and honestly gameplay wise you could argue it's better and more challenging overall I would say the gameplay are pretty much equal though. if you wanna see some of his biggest screw ups there is a video of 5 times he was a asshole some of them had consequences honestly if there is any mario series he screwed up it's paper mario
Paper Mario Sticker Star and Color Splash beg to differ. Also Intelligent Systems loves Fire Emblem too much to give it a break and give us a new Paper Mario or Advance Wars.
This game... I still like it, but the fact that it's basically another Starfox 64 is really disappointing. Think about assault or Command what you will, but they really tried something new. But I think this game deserves another chance on the Switch, with better controls.
Also let's not forget 64 was also a remake/reimagining of the SNES game. It's like they don't know what to do with the series. Adventures was eh, but Assualt was pretty great (especially the multiplayer)
Tried and failed. I know Hindsight is 20/20 but they really should've never forced Star Fox into Adventures. Even Adventures to Assault was as big a difference from 64 to Adventures was. A series needs some sort of familiarity between games. That's generally what makes them a "series". If I wanted a completely different experience, then I would just play a different series from Star Fox. Doesn't that just make more sense?
Hit the minus button, it swaps the screens, much faster than moving your head, fixes basically everything. That and a little practice and I'm finding the game barely harder than 64.
This...Just this... I feel like if this was more well-known or at least mentioned more often, people might have a better time playing and enjoying this game
Just played Assault for the first time and it is "good". The arwing stuff is nearly as good star fox 64, but sometimes the backgrounds move so slow you feel like your rolling into a parking spot rather than zipping through the galaxy. The story is insane though. Much worse than 64 but it was surprising, didnt expect to hear General Pepper beg me to kill him but yeah, that happens.
Yeah. They have their flaws, but they're not re-hashes of the same game. They actually feel like sequels. (Well, Adventures feels more like some sort of spin-off... Haha.) Assault and Adventures feel seperate enough to be their own games and stories, but are still unmistakably Star Fox. I love Star Fox and most games in the series, but so many of them feel like re-hashes of the original game or 64. I've never played Command, but that one gets a pass for being seperate, too.
A bit too different, if I might add. There's a certain level of expectancy when you have a running videogame series. With Star Fox, they completely obliterated that expectancy and that's why the series is where it's at now. I've seen people say before that the games are good because they're different from 64, but if different is what you want then why not just play a different series? Zelda exists, and so Adventures isn't needed and Assault is _only_ meh. Easily the best part about Assault is the music. So I ask this. Star Fox 64 was already giving us something that other series from Nintendo weren't so why should they take that away and make something different? Just improve it instead, would have been the big IQ move.
i remember buying this on release and being so excited, playing it and getting a hang of the controls right away and absolutely loving it. then i went online and was like "wow can't wait to see how much everyone else likes this game too!". then i learned not to look up reviews for things i already own
That's a good point! I'm glad that you liked it. Glad that there's some people who like this game, and hopes that maybe we'll get another one down the line. For me, I was so excited for this before it came out. I bought it, and I think it's the only game I've ever been excited about and bought, on console or PC, where I literally played it for 10 minutes and have never picked it up again because it left such an awful taste in my mouth.
Once you had "Space Battleground" on as the BGM, I had to confirm a suspicion... and yep, you're pretty spot-on, Zero ends up feeling comparatively bland to older titles. The dogfight sequences in StarFox Assault (a *GameCube* title developed by Namco, mind you) were probably the design pinnacle of StarFox's traditions, moreso Mission 1 than the other stages. A bombastic analog-orchestral soundtrack, slick mechanical designs, smooth animations, and lasers and explosions that evoke the same tingling feeling from watching the fleet battles in Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These. I know a lot of us were hoping for a return to or a reiteration of that kind of oomph, because the Wii U could totally handle that, and the franchise has been dry on that for a while. But... well...
Star fox assault was really the last good star fox games. It controls just like the 64 one with on foot sections as well and what a whole new story and bad guy
Amazing youtuber, I find it so hard to understand how you can be so good with these sill things at the start that pay off for an amazing laugh at the end. Keep it up dude you're really funny
Hey Scott, found your videos a few years ago. You've gotten so much better with the entertainment aspect of your videos. The old ones aren't bad, just not the Scott I've come to know.
Honestly if you ask me Assault was the best Star Fox game since 64 , and I honestly wished Nintendo continued of off that timeline rather rebooting the franchise again (Krystal will be dearly missed ).
Starfox Assault was the best Starfox. I don't understand why people dislike it. The story was simple, but effective. Spoilers ahead: When Peppy sacrificed himself and wolf and Fox put aside their adversary at the end, it was great. The worlds and everything were great. I never played command but I hear its good from people who actually played it. People complain about games like Assault and command that are practically strict upgrades to the game, then they wonder why Nintendo lets Miyamoto remake his old games infinitely. The issue with Starfox is the people. Even Starfox adventures was good, but I totally get why people would ostracize that entry because of how fundamentally different it was . Then why blast games like Assault? The Corneria mission, the space shooter sections that are the core of the game, visiting new and different areas of the starfox universe, the multiplayer and so much more. I don't know. For people to say there were too many on land sections is a little weird, considering the only titles before this were 3d space shooters and an adventure game. The series has no identity because it wasn't established as much. Look at Zelda, and Zelda II for example, no established identity meant freedom for style. One or two entries isn't enough to cement a play style. So with classic starfox levels, on foot missions and multi vehicle missions as well as hybrids, its perfect, the sections were balanced and we had the best of multiple styles of gameplay. Feel free to disagree, thats the beauty of this existence, but having played them all except Command, I love Assault the most and it sits in my mind fondly, even though SF 64 was my first.
They really abandoned the idea of continuing the storyline they started with Adventures & Assault in favor of, arguably, "safe" remakes. It's insulting to us Star Fox fans & it makes us regret even expecting anything more from them.
I completely agree that Zero would have been worth getting into had it had a new story or Adventure. Good lord, why did it have to be yet another retelling of the original story?!
No joke, Star Fox Assault is a really enjoyable game, I mean, not even close to the original and 64, but it's not a bad game, far from it Would love to see a video from you for it
@@andresreynoso7254 moreso restriction. Asides from that, Intelligent Systems are the ones that keep the gameplay going how it is, they WANT this to be Paper Mario as stated in an Origami King interview, this is what they wanna do. I think I'm okay with it as it seems they've done serious improvements with each entry since after Sticker Star
The thing is... Miyamoto is the one pushing each game, he's the one that pushes everything for a new game to hit store shelves in recent years. But a new game wirh Ubisoft or Platinum again as a developer with Miyamoto taking a similar role as in Zero couldn't go so wrong, as he stated he reached what he wanted the original Star Fox to be with Zero, so I don't think we'll see a retelling again.
I understand this perspective. I felt this way at first too and I didn't like the game when I first played it. But when the controls finally clicked and my brain got past the barrier it suddenly became a ton of fun for me. But I understand that everyone is different and for some people that click just doesn't happen.
Star Fox Zero wasn't that bad in my opinion. It had it's moments but it wasn't as good as The other games,I loved the way the characters looked though.
There is absolutely no reason why Nintendo can't give us a good SF game with normal controls. We don't need gimmicks added, just challenging and a ton of levels, secret routes and good visuals.....that's it. I don't understand why they think they need to reinvent the wheel with every franchise. The same can be said about F-Zero
Starfox is basically Nintendo's Sonic the Hedgehog. Think about it. It's a furry main character, they can't just make a normal game about him without some gimmick aside from some of the early games only, the company that owns the IP doesn't care about their own franchise as much as they should and just passes it off to different developers every other game, they both have annoying sidekicks among a huge cast of furry friends... It's basically the same as Sonic, only difference is one's in a spaceship and one runs on foot. Also, they're anthros. Not animals.
@@berg_ I don't think you've played both of these games if you're comparing Starfox Zero to Sonic Forces. I bought Starfox Zero so that I could play a not-garbage Starfox game. I bought Sonic Forces to inflict cringe and suffering on my gaming friends. Both have lived up to my expectations.
The only thing keeping it alive is the fact it's not a company mascot. The moment mediocrity lays a FINGER on Mario, well, it's safe to say we're not gonna be here much longer.
Scott The Woz I agreed on what you said about the Star Fox franchise of giving them a new story, characters, and more development in the plot like having Fox and Wolf fighting each other in combat instead just having them in an aerial dogfight like they always do in the game.
You can not tell me star fox assault wasn't one of the greatest games ever. Single player had a decent story and multiplayer was AMAZING. I would KILL for another star fox assault.
I think the issue people had with that game was that they expect a Star Fox game to be a flying game. I thought Assault was pretty good, but since almost the whole game was on foot or in a tank, was it really a Star Fox game?
@@sephiroth8483 Probably. These people just want to stick with the same old shit and refuse to accept/learn anything different or new. They are like grandparents.
main problem with zero, which Im surprised you didn't mention at all, is that the game is literally three hours long, and the last boss takes 1/3 of it. And unlike 64, there aren't any branching/optional paths/planets, so you always go through same planets in set order. and this shit was sold as full price release too. Also another issue is that for some reason it uses both gamepad and tv audio too, so if you want to use headphones, you either get voices or music+sound effects, unless you mix the audio through your computer or mixing table like I did lol. This wouldn't be an problem if they just gave us option to have all audio to go through one place.
I'm happy with the starfox memories I have, even with this game. However, I think Nintendo should stick to what works and give us an all new story with new planets to explore. I dunno. It's okay if they don't touch it either.
A modernized and optimized version of Star Fox Assault with online support and multiplayer be a great way to begin the resurrection of the Star Fox series. Assault had the right ideas but it just wasn't executed properly.
Played the whole game on the Gamepad, though I'm stuck on the final boss. I can get his hands, but once he starts bitting, I can figure out what to do.
Something most people don't realize is that QGames is actually composed of members from Argonaut Software, the company that was responsible for helping to co-develop the original Star Fox, Stunt Racer FX, and the then-unreleased Star Fox 2 with Nintendo back from 1992 to 1995. After Argonaut Software went belly up in the early 2000s following the commercial flop of their underrated 6th-gen game, i-Ninja, Dylan Cuthbert (who had left Argonaut to continue working with Nintendo) hired on some of the people who had worked with him and Nintendo on Star Fox and they got to work making games for Nintendo (including Star Fox Command and others) as Q-Games. Argonaut had originally attracted Nintendo's attention with their basic 3D game X (a successor to the earlier game Starglider) which was running primitive 3D graphics on a Nintendo Game Boy. Dylan Cuthbert was the programmer on that game. His work in 3D graphics laid the foundation for Nintendo's eventual jump into 3D, as the 3D library he wrote for Star Fox would go on to power the 3D engines for Nintendo's N64 games.
I have an idea for a new star fox game: It starts out with fox betraying the organisation he works for. maybe he discovers some shady practices they use to stay in power, or something along those lines, or maybe he just ends up stranded far away in another galaxy outside of the jurisdictionof his organization, and this new galaxy happens to have a not so nice government. whatever the case fox joins a gang of revolutionaries to liberate the galaxy. The gameplay would focus less on the on-rails action segments and instead would take place on a series of small open world planets and moons each with different strategic advantages and resources, and the planets would be divided even further into cities, and bases, among other things(oil plants/resource harvesting areas like mines for example) to add more strategy ,and more things to think about to the game. The game would focus more on strategy and organising attacks rather than the big action set pieces of previous games, and now you would have to plan where, and how you strike, and you would have to think about things like, how far is the thing you want to attack from one of your bases, do you have enough fighters, what's their advantages based on terrain, and what's the best direction to attack from? You would also need to defend previously captured bases, which would lend itself to you having to make sacrifices if the enemy attacks somewhere when you're in the middle if an assault, and say you're resources are stretched too thin to handle both things at once, it would lead to you having to make strategic decisions and sacrifices for the long run. It really would be more of a game based on learning to work with the resources available to you to overcome a more powerful enemy. This would fit the revolution theme, and would make you really feel like the leader of a rag-tag group of rebels. Despite the emphasis on strategy there would still be plenty of action. You would need to go out and fight on the missions you plan, and this part of the game would play more like typical star fox, but a little more involved, with you being able to pick certain troops to take on certain missions, and try to match an individual soldiers stats to a certain mission, and match a troop to an appropriate vehicle and stuff like that( think metal gear solid 5, but toned down with less menus and simplified) This gameplay loop would lend itself to excellent replayability, because you would never get the exact same scenario twice. Every playthrough would be different with different sides winning different battles, with different resources available. All together it would keep the gameplay feeling fresh because you never know what might go wrong, and you never know when you're going to have to completely rethink your strategy. It would combine elements from real time strategy, tower defense, shooting action, resource management, base building, and war simulator, and I think taking the core starfox gameplay, and adding this kind of twist to it could make it much more engaging. while having the negative side effect of being less accessible to the casual gamer I think this could be exactly the kind of change the franchise needs to re-spark passion for the series.
@@DrunkDuckXD I feel the Myiamotto Felt that adding more vehicles is that only way to make the game stand out from other space shooters, which I Assure you there are plenty on the Switch. The problem is by doing this star fox feels like Nintendos version of Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts half the time.
Stardom assualt 2 no tank controls, online battles, deathmatch, air deathmatch, horde mode both in air and on foot, even split of on foot missions and on rail levels.
I feel like Star Fox has a similar design problem to Sonic. Because the game is so fast, it ends up being short because the stages have to be huge for them to last more than a minute, so there's less stages, because large stages take so much money to make. So, inevitably, they have to pad out the game with not-Star Fox stuff (i.e. the Landmaster, on-foot missions in Assault, etc) to make it longer than 30 minutes, and most people don't care for this stuff in comparison to the Arwing. The main reason why Star Fox Adventures is the only Star Fox game that's over three hours long is because it's not a Star Fox game, gameplay-wise.
Maybe. But there was an era of 6 hour games and it still couldn't do well. And Ace combat is doing alright. I think Nintendo needs to think if it as a third person shooter
Playing this in co-op mode is fucking fantastic, I was the one in the cabinet while my brother would drive the ship and it was lots of fun, and the guy in the ship can shoot as well, so you also make double the damage
Imagine a Star Fox Assault sequel that controls like the third person perspective from Battlefront. Vehicles, and on foot sections both would be amazing.

Assult is the game that me and my brothers really fell in love with the series with. They could keep doing one-off plots like that forever and I'd be down for it. Because I don't CARE about andross and venom, I care about the ships and the characters! So why do they keep reusing the same plot??
@@codymartinson9518 Miyamoto hates stories in games, he only cares about the mechanical aspects of games.
@@orangeslash1667 sounds like a skill issue on his part
Hahahahaha. I love how the thumbnail transitions into the beginning of the video.
Fun fact: SF64 is a retelling of Star Fox, so we essentially we have 4 retellings/remakes of Star Fox.
I loved the Wii, but come
on man it was time to give up the "simplifying everything" Miyamoto era and he still
has an obsession with selling motion controls.
Forcing the motion controls and looking up at down at the gamepad? Really?
I'm not a graphics whore, but the Wii U could do much more than that. And what was up with the game pretty much being a slight retelling of Star Fox 64?
during the wii era did he even make any real mess ups?]
@@Jdudec367 well, Miyamoto was the reason why Super Mario Galaxy 2 did not have a story, and pales in drastic comparison to the first...
Miyamoto did a lot of damn stupid decisions in a lot of games.
Paper Mario Sticker Star and Color Splash beg to differ. Also Intelligent Systems loves Fire Emblem too much to give it a break and give us a new Paper Mario or Advance Wars.
StarFox Assault is my favorite StarFox game, I also love StarFox Adventures.
Assault is my favorite too. I really want a sequel or an HD edition...
@@juicecanister except the 64 version was 100% better

Tried and failed. I know Hindsight is 20/20 but they really should've never forced Star Fox into Adventures. Even Adventures to Assault was as big a difference from 64 to Adventures was. A series needs some sort of familiarity between games. That's generally what makes them a "series". If I wanted a completely different experience, then I would just play a different series from Star Fox. Doesn't that just make more sense?

Dude you are hilarious. Keep up the great work.

As a tf2 fan when you started talking about the voice acting I got really sad because of Rick Mays, Rest In Peace, soldier.
Hit the minus button, it swaps the screens, much faster than moving your head, fixes basically everything. That and a little practice and I'm finding the game barely harder than 64.
This...Just this... I feel like if this was more well-known or at least mentioned more often, people might have a better time playing and enjoying this game
Then again... if it played like starfox 64... it would not have that problem anyways.
Or just...don’t look at the second screen and just use gyro aiming.
Here's an idea: Give players more than 1 option!
KidSnivy96 well switching screens instead of being forced to switch eyeview point is one
literally every problem could be immediately gotten rid of if the 2nd screen got eliminated
Even if Assault and Adventures were also not that great, I do view them a bit more positively because they weren't Star Fox 64
My sentiments exactly.
those games were godly
My sister LOVES Star Fox Adventures. It's her favorite one.
i remember buying this on release and being so excited, playing it and getting a hang of the controls right away and absolutely loving it. then i went online and was like "wow can't wait to see how much everyone else likes this game too!". then i learned not to look up reviews for things i already own
That's a good point!
But... well...
I believe that if the controls were on the 3ds it would work because you can easily focus on both screens at once, plus the 3ds has gyro controls.
just get Starfox 64 3D on the 3DS, Zero is basically a Remake anyway.
I think that would work best if they didn't use the Gyro controls and just did what KI:U did and controlled the reticle with the stylus
Remember Star Wars rogue squadron? Somehow I wish the creators of that game created this
That would be frickin amazing
they were shut down years ago
Star fox assault was really the last good star fox games. It controls just like the 64 one with on foot sections as well and what a whole new story and bad guy

This is why I am subscribe to Scott, he took an entire video to complete his joke, a legendary move that he pulled off so well.
The game just makes me think "Star Fox 64 is a good game" not "THIS is a good game"
Starfox Assault was the best Starfox. I don't understand why people dislike it. The story was simple, but effective.
Spoilers ahead:
When Peppy sacrificed himself and wolf and Fox put aside their adversary at the end, it was great.
0:50 Miyamoto knew about the existence of the WiiU...diabolical!
Your channel is so underrated. Great vid.
My little brother favorite game was Star Fox Command .I haven’t even thought about that game in years. Thanks
They really abandoned the idea of continuing the storyline they started with Adventures & Assault in favor of, arguably, "safe" remakes. It's insulting to us Star Fox fans & it makes us regret even expecting anything more from them.
Don’t you love the Star Fox series? We’ve got:
Star Fox
Star Fox again
Star Fox again but again
Star Fox again but again again
Nintendo doesn't know how evolve Starfox without Argonaut games.
Now imagine if the next Star Fox game was more like Star Wars, with politics, fake space religions, large scale civil wars, insane plot twists, etc.
Wishing they would just make a game with Assault's aesthetic and actual online multiplayer modes. Maybe something like Warhawk/Starhawk online.
Now THAT would be epic.
I completely agree that Zero would have been worth getting into had it had a new story or Adventure. Good lord, why did it have to be yet another retelling of the original story?!
No joke, Star Fox Assault is a really enjoyable game, I mean, not even close to the original and 64, but it's not a bad game, far from it
Would love to see a video from you for it
9:54 "hmmm yes, the buildings here are made out of buildings"
I feel that if you want Star Fox to succeed, you need to keep it away from Miyamoto.
Paper Mario as well. For context, Miyamoto was the one with the stupid idea of making the games have stupidly generic characters
Gimmicky controls just about always ends up sucking. This is an example of this. Anything involving flailing about is also on my no list.
I understand this perspective. I felt this way at first too and I didn't like the game when I first played it. But when the controls finally clicked and my brain got past the barrier it suddenly became a ton of fun for me. But I understand that everyone is different and for some people that click just doesn't happen.
This guys channel may be the greatest on UA-cam!!
You should do Star Fox Assault, curious to hear your opinions on that one.
That game certainly had its flaws, but I overall enjoyed it just fine.
Arwing levels good. Everything else trash.

Man, I actually kinda liked the series. It was good on n64 and GameCube, now it's just as bad as Sonic forces.
Except the concept of StarFox worked at some point.
The only thing keeping it alive is the fact it's not a company mascot. The moment mediocrity lays a FINGER on Mario, well, it's safe to say we're not gonna be here much longer.
I remember pre ordering, downloading overnight, waking up excited, and then playing smash again because I was so disappointed in the controls

I agreed on what you said about the Star Fox franchise of giving them a new story, characters, and more development in the plot like having Fox and Wolf fighting each other in combat instead just having them in an aerial dogfight like they always do in the game.
9.1/10. It has a little something for everyone
I found my self watching your vids all day. Definitely Subbed
Really? One of the greatest ever? I mean I enjoyed the game, but like.. Have you played other shooters before? lol
It's an awesome game, needed a sequel to polish its ideas but it was primed for perfection.
I like how the thumbnail beautifully transitions into the video
What were they thinking? Starfox has such potential but Nintendo is just leaving it to rot.
At least we have starfox 2
Or you are just a lazy bum who is too lazy to even practice with the motion controls
Even Rare and Namco did more for Starfox than Nintendo themselves ever did. Even better of a job than Platinum Games.
And this is why Fzero is never coming back. If they cant do a star fox game right, there is no way in HECK an fzero game will be fine
I have an idea for a new star fox game:
It starts out with fox betraying the organisation he works for. maybe he discovers some shady practices they use to stay in power, or something along those lines, or maybe he just ends up stranded far away in another galaxy outside of the jurisdictionof his organization, and this new galaxy happens to have a not so nice government. whatever the case fox joins a gang of revolutionaries to liberate the galaxy.
You would need to go out and fight on the missions you plan, and this part of the game would play more like typical star fox, but a little more involved, with you being able to pick certain troops to take on certain missions, and try to match an individual soldiers stats to a certain mission, and match a troop to an appropriate vehicle and stuff like that( think metal gear solid 5, but toned down with less menus and simplified)
This gameplay loop would lend itself to excellent replayability, because you would never get the exact same scenario twice. Every playthrough would be different with different sides winning different battles, with different resources available. All together it would keep the gameplay feeling fresh because you never know what might go wrong, and you never know when you're going to have to completely rethink your strategy.
It would combine elements from real time strategy, tower defense, shooting action, resource management, base building, and war simulator, and I think taking the core starfox gameplay, and adding this kind of twist to it could make it much more engaging. while having the negative side effect of being less accessible to the casual gamer I think this could be exactly the kind of change the franchise needs to re-spark passion for the series.
fox doesnt work for an organization. hes a merc. and the game only ever spanned a single star system, not even a galaxy

Wow Scott has improved so much In just 3 years
the way the thumbail perfectly lines up with the first frame
@@DSan-kl2yc Starfox is important to Nintendo's past, but not their future, they don't see arcade like games as profitable for them.
