How Phil Neville knew his time at Manchester United was over | MOTD - Спорт
Given how bad Djemba-Djemba and Kleberson were, we would have been better off keeping Phil Neville.
He went on with his time at Everton to show that he was very good player
Utility players always required in squads. Kind of like the handyman around the house.
I remember him playing cm and I couldn’t believe how well he could do it
Love that fact that when better players ahead of you u can sit back and then lesser players u decide to move on, that’s how it should be done
My Dad used to talk about Gary Linekar and Peter Shilton. As kid I remember these names. Then I started watching Premier League. My Dad liked UTD and I liked Arsenal. But I am here to get to know about Phil Neville. Best wishes to Mr. Neville from an Arsenal fan 👍👍
I actually think his versatility was why Fergie kept him as long as he did.
Cool story and nice insight.
He put it on him.. knocked his door lol 😂
01:33 not fearful to his boys. Not when he doesn't need to be. He knew when to switch the hairdryer on and off. And his boys were very close with him, like a father and his sons
🤘🏼
should of picked a better team than Everton to see if he was good enough for a top 4 team and prove it to himself and to other people
He *WAS* good enough and he *DID* prove it to everyone when he won the Treble. No argument. No debate. Anyone says different knows nothing about football.
Everton became a good team after he joined just look at the signings, they were a decent team for a few years under his captaincy.
They did get top 4 at one point.
Probably didn’t have to move house and uproot his family.
@@PeterJPickles Everton were the biggest thorn in the side of the top 6 between 2005-2014, so even before Phil joined them they were a side just lacking the investment to get back to where they'd been before the 90s. Sadly for Everton, the man who eventually invested in them destroyed the club
Fucking Everton though.
Not many clubs you could pick shitter than that.
He was great at giving penalties away
Manc mug🐁
Who else came from noahsnoah?
Alex Ferguson is the type of manager who won 13 premier league but only 2 UCL titles
European football was good back then.
... is it bad to win things?
His Aberdeen team won a European trophy, beating Real Madrid in the final.
Fergie himself acknowledged that he should have dominated Europe with his fantastic team of the 99s and 2000s. I think Fergie should have won at least 3-4 European cups.
@@bribrave6256 he would have if it wasn't for an exceptional Barcelona team. He made it to 4 finals with United and won 2. Not bad
Phil worst of the nevilles
Clot.
shut up abdul
Weird comment 😂
He’s boring Neville
