Salaam Sheikh, your teachings are so profound. Evertime I listen to you my heart beats in synch like the music cord. Yesterday I was chanting auzoobullahirrahmaanirraheem for half an hour. I felt a huge diffenrce in my self .. then I realised I could be doing istighfaar forever, I need refuge first to protect myself - it’s like building a foundation first otherwise the I could be forever building the bricks.
