Try not answering the questions they didn't ask. It can create fear within the other. Just ask questions to guide them to their own answers. Allow things to unfold without your perspective being made explicit. People say they want to know but they can only accept it when they arrive there on their own speed. Share when ask, otherwise observe and learn.

I told my My Grandparents that we're Souls in meat suits and the Souls live on. It made them worry less. My Grandfather came to me in a Dream not long after passing told Me I was right which brought my Grandmother to tears but she knew she'd be better off on the other side with him. Her heart broke and on the other side together, I don't think I'd ever seen them more healthy nor that happy. In my dreams, their smiles said it all and they were back together and in Love like 12 year olds at Xmas time. So glad I got to see them together again 🙏🙌🫴

This makes it sound like our existence is optional. Considering how bat shit people can be, I can't imagine that being the case.
I've always had a rather active internal monologue/dialogue. It's been one of my biggest advantage in life as far as learning, retaining knowledge, decision making, my mental health, my emotional health, my ability to solve problems quickly and many other things. It's a tool that gets stronger as you advance your consciousness.
How does one go about retaining knowledge through internal monologue/dialogue? Is it like u tell your higher self to remember things you’d like to remember?
@@yungmazz6622 No, it's more of having that "voice" for me has always allowed me to organize my thoughts in an almost audible manner and by doing so it's like when I read, I not only read and see but, Can hear it being narrated in a voice of my choosing which sort of gives the same effect as the extra sensory stimulation that you'd get from reading the same thing you're listening to but with the added flair to make it interesting. Hope this answers your question. As it's the best way I can word it in my current state of inebriation lol.

I just asked my wife to close her eyes and see herself swimming at the pool for 5 seconds. Then I said open you eyes. What did you see? She said I saw myself swimming at the pool. I said did you use your eyes? I said your eyes were closed but still could see. Then with eyes wide open I asked…how could you see if you weren’t using your eyes? What’s that? She thinks I’m nuts and need to stop going on the internet especially when I’m stressed 😂

I thank the universe everyday for helping me with ability to perceive things not everybody notices. I used to beat myself up being a bit confused, I thought there was something wrong with me. As a very young child I had extensive internal dialogue that I perceived as me talking to God internally and God talking back to me internally even though both were heard in non verbal speech in my voice.
I hear God also now in non verbal also. I get answers when I'm quiet and have a positive attitude only.
Non verbal speech is what you experience in the DMT realm from whatever the things are in there(benevolent in my experiences). I think I also have it with God but less clearly, if that makes sense lol
Same here and I use to look into books like just say Africa and study the landscape and everything else and then I'd travel there and could touch and feel everything. I am going to see if I can get that back.

This is very dangerous because even a fallen one make themselves into an angel of light. How do you know your not having a conversation with a demon, or familiar unclean spirit? We only usually get a small amount of "everything " happening around us. Psychs seem remove that and lift the veil for sure. As a child I remember this voice and have become friends with it learning to trust because I not only heard it but at some CRITICAL times could feel a force with that voice actually guiding me to safety.
Those moments are still very profound for me emotionally and positively. ❤

That alignment is like returning home. For me it felt like after my years of searching like Chicken Little asking "are you my mother?" trying to squeeze whatever I stumbled across into this role I had no idea even what role it was in hindsight, the long search and marathon I'd been actively participating, with disappointment after heartbreaking disappointment, I did finally cross a ribboned finish line and the reward for just never giving up...was me. I'd been seeking outside myself for myself. I was the prize. I'd never even considered myself as a worthy human, let alone a valuable gift for cherishing. The feeling of being welcomed home with my parents was unbelievable. The tragedy of forgetfulness creates illusions of separation. Traumatic experiences veil out intuition from speaking to us clearly. Learning what causes yourself to be triggered, why we partner with others to experience pain and how to stop repeating them, for self mastery is key. The key is feeling your world as close to properly as possible. Feelings have huge keys to unlock truths no one can assure you of but must be revealed to you through trust in yourself.
Emotions and our 5 senses are intrinsically tied to memory. Many with mental illness have a problem connection these things. The future will show us this to be true. For those will mental illness it's best to just acknowledge this and work on trying to tie these things together through meditation and cognitive therapy.

Biggest take away was I had to get brutally honest with myself like never before, use my experiences as a mirror of self appraisal and want it like it was the air I breathe.

I have done this. I have made things happen. The last time I did this, I did it consciously, so I could watch to see what happened. I’ve also slowed down time with my mind, by entering gravity-time. I watched the clock as I did this, and it started ticking slower and slower, until it was hardly moving at all. Time is relative. I’ve experienced it. It I can’t explain how I did this. I just concentrated fully on slowing time until I was in deep meditation and felt like I was floating. And that’s when it happened. 🤷🏽♀️
I had the same experience...only for a few seconds but everything "looked" like it was floating under water (best description I can come up with but that doesnt even come close)

I had practiced as a teen autogene training after Schultz method. Later I tried to slow down my heart beat rate. On the third try I managed to slow it down to around 40 bpm with breathing, and even slower and slower. Suddenly, at around one heart beat per two seconds, I felt a sharp pain in my heart and a cramp like feel, that got me jumping up panicking and breathing fast. I thought I was going to die. Never tried this again for the last 38 years.

How do people live without an inner monologue? I've heard this before but I just don't understand how people can live without one. Don't you need that for essential planning in life?

Knowledge Reigns Supreme One. Speaks truth here. "Spiritual minded you've been blinded" we are blinded by sin. As a child, I had visions and dreams of the future with most of my dreams coming true. I have been a fan of KRS One since I was a kid and he has intertwined consciousness and creativity into his music, its something special when pondered. Consciousness, a spiritual mind has always been a part of who I am. I have been told on several occasions that I was to serious, or a deep thinking individual. I believe that in adulthood I'm still perceived as a deep thinking and very intuitive person. I have worked with people my whole life, old and young with purpose growing my entire life to become who I am. I am truly blessed, thankful and happy with who I have become because of the 5th dimension. God bless!
I was outside a window where KRS -One was freestyling in front of an audience. Without making any movement I thought of my presence on some other dimensional level in expectation that he would recognize and acknowledge on some level. During the freestyling KRS-One turned to me and pointed saying "I see you out there!" in that most direct booming voice of his. He knew what I was doing, no doubt. I went in for the rest of the show of course.
This was so well done & INSPIRING!! I live across the street from the Gulf of Mexico... I haven't been there in months! I am going to set the intention to begin my days there before work. Thank you! Well done.

Here are my personal opinions/thoughts/notes/ insites about the video
This video is very comforting, which may even get unnoticed by many viewers but I was thinking why is this explanation so likable..like what is there in it that makes me think this is right.
Here are the 2 reasons why.
1. Because we humans love when our own personal views are justified and liked by others. But how is it related to our personal views . Right ?
It is related to them because the narrator speaks of the inner voice and calls it an entity from future or past or some other "special, unknown aka mystic dimension". Where it is like saying..me..( the me who speaks in the head ) is special which almost validates many of the things we say.....
but but but there is one condition to seek that validation and it is to allign our mind, body and spirit with the internal and external. And... it will result in satisfaction and happiness and more focus towards self help.
But the problematic part is that we need to do meditation and Journaling which is a great thing and I think introspection results in great results but there is no way to measure it and the only way we to measure it is by measuring the results. So I'd say make sure to do all these keeping in mind that you are doing introspection and expecting results from the life because it is important.
2. I had always wondered why we get certain thoughts and how they arrive in my head. I'm still unaware of it though but I have some of my own theories, most of them leads to the fact we have to actively force away our brain from distractions like our brain is a mad dog on leash and it is running behind it's target and there are 100 factors affecting it but it is still not able to get fully distracted because of a person holding the leash which is our consciousness and efforts.
I don't really know what to make of all the information but I'm sure to call all things I mentioned a fact for my reality.
I want you all to share your thoughts on this and expand the topic more and let's collect all the subject truths of our life to make something out of it. ✌

Since all of our consciousness’ comes from the one consciousness, all information that is and ever will be is in each grain of sand, each thing and every person. Reality is for lack of a better word, a hologram. Take a hologram and break it into 1000 pieces, each piece has the information of the whole!
That is why someone in America, someone in Europe and Africa are able to think of the same invention, during the same time period without ever interacting with each other.
Your mind is all there is, every “thing” is mind.
Ask yourself, where is that table over there, where do you see it, where does it come from…your mind.

3 days later I was with my mum and we were talking about our family and I was asking if any of my older family members had caught or been effected by c v..... at first she said no.... then after a short pause she said her cousin..... with the same name I had heard/felt/experienced 3 days before had been in a coma for 4 days with pneumonia and died the day after my experience......... I was gobsmacked and instantly began to feel an incredibly sadness this was one of the most profound experiences of my life......... I had only ever met the man a few times and never really seen him or his family in my day to day life or on social media as I only use this......... there had been no mention from anyone or way of me knowing about his predicament in the weeks prior.
I was a hard-core atheist before this....... now I have a new found sense of........ enlightenment amazement, fascination and desire to discover the world to which is there but we cannot see or experience, not in our normal state anyway.

This is interesting. The conciousness lives on and is a form of energy. Energies transform into other forms of life, stages in time a d dimensions. They are figuring out when a live organisms have consciousness and make their own decisions through thought and action. The deciding force is that energy and that energy is the soul.
I have been into this kind of thinking for quite some time. I was looking forward to going to university to try and expand my knowledge, UNFORTUNATELY University was their way or the highway!
If you truly want to learn these things, yes get an understanding of where academia is, but 9/10 unless you get very lucky with an excellent Prof. that has similar interests, you will be learning these things by yourself, or gather people with similar interest over time. When I started university, things like YT, the info on the web, was nowhere near what it is today, so reading and watching more of subjects that interest me is easier, the only thing that hinders you, is time! One minute you think you have the whole world ahead of you, the next minute you are middle aged, and time is moving even faster!
Learn the basics, then research your own interests asap, don't be fooled by the pat on the back from mega corporations and awards that make you feel "obliged" to continue THEIR research for them, before you know it your interests have vanished, because you think your interests are yours, but they are actually their interests!
Try to remember what YOU wanted to learn and discover, you might have to do it on a low income/budget, as these big corporations don't want progress unless it is in their interests to do so, and 9/10 money and control, is the deciding factor. They hold onto the best and make them feel "special" and "clever" getting grant, after grant but believe me, this path is in their/universities interests not yours!
Stay true to yourself, money isn't everything or you most likely will lose yourself to it, remember where you come from. We are all the same inside, just different on the outside and our experiences make us who we are, actions wise.

The mind has the possibility of unlimited potential, we just don't fully know. But to say our "Science" this or that proves nothing really, look at Cern and these "New" ghost particles they are finding, it doesn't fit into our sciences as we know it...yet, like everything, what seem impossible or like magic, eventually becomes the norm. Look at the devices you use, if you were to show a person from say a 1000 years ago, a video of themselves 10 mins before the recording they would be flabbergasted, it would be like magic to them. So if we can use technology to "see" the past, then same goes for manipulating light to see the past and future, and the mind, being connected to this magnetism/electromagnetism/electrostatics, who knows what is possible really. I've never thought in words. When I think internally, it's always been a panoply of images. I at times felt energetic nudges within those images trying to steer me. Brief scenarios, that play out until something seems to be going askew, then there's an uncomfortable flashing feeling, behind my eyes. It jolts me out of that thought process. The only time I ever think in words, is when I need to talk to another person or write a message. Outside of those/these scenarios, when I think to myself, it is serene.

What I can say is that people can communicate to us after passing. I have worked w Hospice clients for 18 yrs. I received the messages in my sleep, I heard their voice, in some cases years later when I already forgot their voice maybe even their names but I can recognize their voice and will know exactly what they looked like. The messages are not my thoughts because they surprise me and scared me to the point of waking up, feeling frozen and hearing my heartbeat . I can hear the voice even after i am awake and opened my eyes but staying still frozen and scared. That's why i never asked them questions, only thought about it later. Here is one of the messages" I can't tell you where I am but I have a lot of work to do! I knew it was my time but I was afraid to let go,..... I know we will meet again! " I don't want to convince anyone but this gave me peace of mind that we exist somewhere after death and will be able to meet our loved ones. Bad news is that work never stops so at least try to enjoy retirement here! It just appears that they can communicate to us but we don't know, not intentionally anyway.

Ive had a few fascinating other worldly experiences that are very relevant to this topic that I've obsessed about ever since they happened. (telepathic communication) I am a family member that has passed away, and I am here to love and support him - so I asked him, do you have any family relatives that have passed away... There was silence for a minute and then he said yeah my dad- In that moment I was shown that we never stop existing and that we are truly magnificent beings !
Shortly after that experience with my client I started getting telepathic communication telling me to take a photo of the sky . I was driving and was told telepathically to take a photo of the sky. I didn't see or hear anything - You look at the photo and there are tons of crafts in the photo! Another time I was walking at the park and again was told to take a photo-And this boomerang-looking craft is in the photo

Imagine being woken up by a cymbal tone in your inner ear and when you open your eyes, you see this being standing in your bathroom doorway-The first thing my mind said was: Your eyes are playing tricks on you, you aren't really seeing this being. Then she moves slightly forward, and then I know that she's real and in that moment she backs further into the bathroom and out comes this huge sphere transparent with static on both sides of it. It floats right up to the side of my bed and then it shape shifts into a smaller object then elongates and flies slowly and silently through my ceiling. I know that the logical mind wants to downplay or excuse it away. My own mind tried telling me that what I was seeing I wasn't really seeing it. It felt like a 3rd person was in my head . 2:00 I also practice something like that with visuals when I lay down for bed. I imagine shapes in different colors and go through all the basic shapes and colors. It's so mind boggling how we can see stuff in our head like that. Just like how we can hear ourselves and other stuff in our head without actually producing any audible sound.

So, when I saw that this was going to be based on the ideas of a rap singer, I almost exited the channel. I was looking for a more mathematical, analytical exposition. Actually the 4th dimension has never been time, time is an elusion that doesn't exist, we think it does because it controls so much that we perceive but time isn't real. I would consider the 4th dimension timelessness which is where it's said that certain older beings reside outside of our normal view, beings who have the ability of seeing into the future simply because they live in the timeless dimension.

I used to wonder about something all the time when i was kid... but haven't thought about it again for decades.... until now. If we think in words, how does someone who's never heard words before (who was born deaf), think? They obviously don't hear an inner monologue, do they think in pictures? And what of a person who was born blind? What are their dreams like? Could they visualize something? I like KRS-One and its nice he "self" examines. Everyone of course has this experience of hearing different dimensions of sound. In the Ancient Yogic text they refer to this dimension of sound as Pashyanti. Its the "inner" sound you create.

I'm going to take a guess and say that the 5th dimension is where you go on a DMT trip. Only people who have tried it could understand. It is the only "drug" I would ever recommend to try. Kabir and tulsi das ,guru nanak dev ji..activated their 5 dimension in the 15th century.. On the basis of vedas or bhakti which is present in India from the time of eternity

I have accessed the 4th dimension where I can speak to someone and in their response I can go to their past and talk to their ancestors and other versions of themselves that reside in other parallel reality...therefore I can travel through space and time. Mind you all this can happen so fast as a blink of an eye just by you talking to me I can access so much info and still be present with you.
5th dimension exist I'm living proof and have been tryna understand what's going on with me until I accessed this channel and know that I've reached the 5th dimension unconsciously. This explains alot for me. I have always felt this & been aware of it. I have had experiences all my life, & my emotions can cause electrical/technological things to not work - or overwork. I've always referred to myself as "we" when I am thinking in words (ask myself "what would WE Do?"). I have had experiences in nature with wildlife that I could talk into trusting me - Through thought & body language. I often can feel someone calling me, & I Sometimes pick up my phone without noticing I have, & sure enough (& depending on the person) they call within 30 seconds to 5-6mins, & I realize I am holding my phone. Some of these things happen rarely & some fairly often. I can't see the future (as far as I know - Haven't won the lottery Yet -LOL) or anything, but sometimes I guess it's like I "Feel" things. I have also had experiences of what I feel is in another dimension - Where there is life everywhere, some of it physical, some of it - different kind of "energies" - All of it being THOUGHT & Joined together. I Belive there is life all throughout the universe, maybe in ways we Humans can't see or begin to understand. Forms of life of MANY different sorts - & that there IS a dimension that every form of life & thought can go to & experience. Too hard to really explain it here - but we know so little about the universe - & Anything is possible - Even if we don't understand how or why.

I've practiced and noticed this since I was young. No one taught me. Word for word what you said here...and more. Not crazy. My dad used to tell me people have horshoe's up their butt, and I got the full horse. Little did he know it was because I was doing these things with my inner dialog. In the late 90's I tried teaching my wife...she can see I can do it, but she still has difficulties, and now I see this teaching everywhere. Time to wake up!
The phone call thing has happened to me a bunch of times, I have the thought that a certain person will call me, and within 10 seconds to a couple minutes that person calls me.God is truth and life is magic

There's only one dimension of a projection; onto the screen. That's what we are, our mind is what differentiates perspectives. We think we are these forms and so we gauge all things thus, but we are not. We are what is watching through these forms we call bodies.
