Going to use a lot more SMG's this wipe so getting to tier 4 with this gun, and some leveled skills in them, will be pretty nice. It feels like it is a high tier KEDR for the exact kind of runs you are doing with a sniper rifle and SMG backup.
Agree, this as a backup weapon to a bolt/DMR is perfect.
This is the first wipe since the alpha I've even considered SMG's. Had a blast with the Kedr B, MP5 and PP19 and the godly UMP so far. Haven't had a go with this new one though, seems to get a lot of love!

For those that want a decent gun with some what good ammo pen the mp7 with fmj sx can still be run on level 3 traders even with 20 round mags (if you want 30/40 rounders buy them on the flea but there around 60k each) the fmj sx ammo can 3 tap a thorax threw class 4 and even deal with class 5 in some cases and you can get 190 rounds per reset for under 500 usd
Yup I've done a lot of mp7 fmj the last couple wipes I never see anyone use it really but it's a solid kit

@hodenbacke55555 I use the 20 rounders and they work fine so do a lot of others don't spray like a mad man shoot an manoeuvre and you'll be fine, the damage the round dose you can kill 5 players with 1 20 mag if you Dont miss that is

@@hodenbacke55555 you say that but i bet you haven't even tried it, not everyone's on the same level of play wont work for everyone if they don't work for you use bigger mags if you haven't even tried then don't try saying there bad, 20 is enough for a round that 3 taps unless your a stormtrooper

Been having the most success with a Mosin/SMG combo this wipe. With recoil being so ass across the board. I just wound enemies with the mosin, then swap to the smg to spray them down.
I love how the can gets red hot.

I was going to ask why you went out to the front to tunnel instead of path to lighthouse but I guess going that way got you a little more loot lol
You can also walk while leaning on hold, just use the middle finger on q or e. Toggle lean can sometimes delay your reactions.
brother, do yourself a favor and alternate your Q and E keys. You can peak a right angle with Q and walk right with D without having a finger traffic jam.
@@BOOYOUDEAD I can lean properly with the q and e as they are bc I use the middle finger to do so. I'm aware of this way, but didn't like it. Check this video of Wacky Jacky101 that shows exactly what I'm talking about.

Problem with guns like that is the accessibility for casual players. I only hit max traders 2 wipes. And usually months in. Sucks seeing all these guns that you can’t realistically use until the end of a wipe
You can craft BT ammo as well.

Tried it out for the first time this wipe tonight! Went factory for office kills, killed three out of a fourman after THEY got the jump on me, died to the last one from behind and second raid I killed a three-man and died from hydration damage to my blacked out head with less than 1 second left on the extraction timer. Not even joking. Definitely love the SR-2M so far! Oh and to top it all off, it was with P ammo, I don't even have PS unlocked yet. It's crazy good!
I'm excited to get to give it a go. I call it the Lobster. 🤙

In the last clip, why waste 4 slots in the bag to take the Comtac's, rather than just putting them on? Is there any benefit to carrying something over wearing it? Sorry for the seemingly stupid question, I'm completely new to Tarkov and I'm trying to learn as much as possible.....
he was wearing a helmet that doesn't allow him to wear a headset. He also took the headset because it's worth 80k, so 20k a slot. In general it's a high tier headset that earns it's spot. If you find a found in raid one(has a checkmark in the bottom right corner of the item) and don't want to use it you can sell it on the flea for around a 100k or vendor it for some decent profit.
Great video showing off the SR-2M and although I respect its lethality , the mp7 is still my go to

Umm, Workbench Lvl 2 has 9x21 BT craft, seen in there since I got mine to that level so it's not new (definitely not since you posted the video).

This exact audio glitch has happened to me on shoreline. I was behind gas by pier on the hill and the guy I was hearing LIKE HE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME was all the way by the fence splitting the map on the opposite side of gas. Shit was wild I was looking everywhere only to find out he was like 300ft from me 😂
The video would of ended at around 2:09 if that was me making that play. That dude 100% would of killed me. Some people seem to get this peakers advantage. Sadly I don't seem to get it :(

Gun is so gnarly, I'm still on my UMP kick.
It's amazing how easy you make the PVP looks like.
It's my first wipe and most of my games when I encounter a player has been shots from idk where or situations where I had the control turns the other into killing me. Or even being killed from 2 shoots after I started shooting because the player made a quick flick
And when the distance it's a medium-large it's even worse
It's so difficult also to see someone between bushes but people seems to see me pretty easy :/

Do you think between this and the MP-7, its the better gun? The ammo availability seems quite a bit worse which makes it hard to justify.
mp7 is more readily availble and can use 40 rounders. this gun feels more "meaty" tho. not having ps unlocked yet hurts the performance but the P rounds with 80 flesh can be fun
I have had some good games with the SR using the pgzh rounds.On class4 armour takes a whole 30rounds but works XD
This is exactly what I been saying about the stupid fucking decision on removing ammo 2 week AFTER wipe... Everyone who could bought all the good ammo in bulk before they removed it. Why did'nt they just do it along side of the wipe...
They need to give this gun another ammo type, something with like 26 pen and 60ish damage. It makes no sense that PS is on Prapor lvl 4 otherwise!

In 1600h ive only seen one confirmed cheater, the rest are just players that are waaay better then your average joe.

at 18 minutes it wasnt a delayed death, you hit the headshot on the last burst before the grenade

i dont think more gun nerfs are coming because of the ammo nerfs. If anything I would expect recoil changes and buffs.
