Re: flickering. You can avoid it if you record at 24 or 30 frames per second if you change your settings. This will make editing and uploads easier because you’ll have half the frames. Thought I’d make a note quickly as it’s an easy way to address it. It happens with led lights which turn on and off rapidly because the electricity powering them is alternating. It pulses… at 50-60 hertz depending on location. Video cameras and phones will often record up to 60 fps. Which means they are capturing individual frames where the current is between pulses. On playback it looks like it’s flickering. But just like blinking, it’s not something we perceive in reality. Only when the recording fps is high, and out of phase with the electricity.
I believe it's the old incandescent light bulbs that create flicker rather than the more recent LED lights. This can be seen at 3.09 with the old standard incandescent lamp flickering in the corner and the LED lights over the table not flickering. In addition LED lamps have a tiny rectifier inside them (that's why they're more expensive, I think) so the light actual comes from a DC (direct current) source and not an AC (alternating current) source. So with LED lighting any frame rate can be used without flicker.

Hi there. I have responded several times to your requests. Please contact me via my website www.languedocpropertyfinders.com and I'll be able to share information with you. Thanks.
Soulless interior. Very sad.... I suppose some interesting antique lighting and furniture, and a kitchen redo would transform it, though. The bathroom was very lovely, as is the exterior and the site.
What a beautiful place, like living in a fairytale. ❤
It really is!
Very cool but expensive holiday home 🏠
I think. Thanks for sharing 🌹
Thanks for watching!
Incredible home.

Nice but too small with no storage in bathrooms. 550,000 a bit high.
There is room for discussion on the price but given historical sales on the estate I don't think the price is far off 😉
is this house still available ?
sorry, I saw the price on the summary sheet, THanks
👍🏻
can you do airbnb here legally?
No I'm afraid not. All rentals are managed exclusively via the operator
@@languedocpropertyfinders2195 Good. NO AIR BnB🎉

Owners do of course have the right to change furniture and decor.
