A fantastic video that helped me with my interview so much, as most of the questions were asked! I got the job so just wanted to say thank you! One question that was also asked was 'what CPD or course have you been on that has now influenced you as a teacher?'. Good luck to anyone else applying and make sure you use these questions as they will most likely be very similar 😊. Thank you again lovely 😄
Such a useful video! I’m a teacher and am constantly thinking about teaching in Dubai. Have searched UA-cam so many times for videos about it and have never found anything. Thanks so much! So helpful! Grace x
Thank you for the informative and truly valuable video! I am interested in applying to work in Dubai in the near future, and your video was very helpful. I originally had thought to apply as a NQT (completing my Masters this June in Australia) but I might take your advice and try to gain experience first before hand. It is good to know however, that employers still consider NQTs among all other applicants. The sample interview questions are great also, very helpful for anyone applying to teach as a graduate anywhere in the world :)
Angel GK Hi Angel!! Thanks so much for commenting!! Yes, I personally think it’s better to come out here with experience behind you and once you have more experience you’ll be able to ask for more money. So happy I was able to help you out with the interview questions too. ☺️
Really your vedio has shown me the right way for me and lessen my tension.moreover the more I read comments and your kindness in repling the more I see your greatness.thank you so much.Expecting many more vedios
Non Pavé Hi Non Pave!!☺️ I’m delighted you found this helpful and thanks so much for the lovely comment!! Hopefully you’ll stick around for more videos!! Best of luck with the job search ☺️
An extraordinarily well summarized, organized and presented info. Thank you so much for putting the effort into creating the video and sharing the useful info. Liked it even better because it was concise, straight-forward and was giving us the actual info we need. Best regards!
I have a bachelor in linguistics & translation also a certificate in teaching English as a second + English for academic purposes from Canada ! I speak French , English and Arabic . My mom lives in Abu Dhabi by her self and I live in Canada and since covid started , she has lost her job and I would love to go be with her and support her . I need to start applying ASAP thank you for the motivation and all the advice .
I am a spanish Teacher in the United States and I’m looking to teach in Dubai for next school year. What are schools recommendations to apply to? Thanks for all the info!
Love this video and your other one about teaching in Dubai. But just a quick question, do you need to know Arabic to teach English in Dubai. I’m from Manchester and I have been to the UAE plenty of times and have loads of family there, and look to move but in all honesty I cannot be bothered to learn Arabic at times. Will I need Arabic though??
My dear fellow Indians stop making a joke out of yourself and asking her for job. She has given all the links in description box. Have you guys heard of Moe Uae!!! Plenty of opportunities are there for you in the Middle East. You guys teach the toughest syllabus bt still lack confidence. Just apply directly to schools thts all it takes.
I find this very inspirational, I am currently living in the U.S and always have wanted to teach in the Middle East as well...but I am a bit hesitant. I have a couple of questions, since I am currently still in college would a bachelors degree in Sociology and a TEFL certificate suffice? Also, is it possible to get hired without any teaching experience, I understand you recommended that you should, but I feel I would prefer my experience to be in the Middle East rather than America if that makes sense? Lastly, what type of work loads do you go through, like some realistic expectations in the work place? Thank you for all this information I've been wondering how I can go about this for the longest and you were very thorough!
fiz k Thank you so much for your comment!!✨ Unfortunately, a new teaching criteria have come out in Dubai within the last few months that require teachers to have a proper teaching license so I no longer think a TEFL certificate will suffice. It’s all very new but they are trying to raise the standard of teaching and education here so I think that is why they have brought in this. You could still get on to some recruiters that I’ve linked in description box to help you out too in your enquiry. Let me know if you’ve any other questions.☺️✨
Teach Me Vogue do you know whether they have the same teaching criteria in Qatar? Thank you for the response! If you can, it would be lovely to see a day in the life of a teacher in Dubai type of video
fiz k Yes, I’m pretty sure it’s the same in Qatar too from what I’ve read on line!! 😢 Yes, was thinking about doing that but amn’t sure whether parents would like their kids to be shown so I haven’t yet anyway!🤔😬
Hi, i am due to complete my Celta in July. I am a UK resident. Next year my degree will be completed too. After my celta, i will have one year post experience by the time i graduate. What are my chances of getting a job next year? Will i definitely need to do a PGCE
Wonderful! I am an English teacher hoping to venture to the UAE it was so useful to have everything in such detail in one place. Thanks! Is it just your degree that needs attesting or do you need to do that with your passort aswell?
Kirsty Mae Henderson Hi Kristy!! I’m so happy you found this video helpful!! That’s great news, I hope you get the job!!🤗🤗 It’s usually just your educational documents that the school wants but they may ask for a marriage document! It really depends on the school!😊💫
What are the teaching hours for most UAE schools? I’ve been reading a lot of reviews saying that teachers are being forced to stay after hours daily for unnecessary meetings etc.
About Me Hey! ☺️☺️ The usual working hours are between 7:30 -3:30. I’ve never been forced to stay after works but sometimes I would say after work to prepare myself and do extra work but this is only on my own accord!☺️ There is usually PD meetings on a Thursday and kids go home earlier on a Thursday to allow for these meetings, this was the case with my last school! Some schools are different but most of the time they follow similar procedures!☺️✨
Hi mem! I'm from non-native speaker country, do i need to get CELTA certificate to get a teacher position in UAE? I hold a M.A and three years of teaching experience in a university. Hope hear from you soon!
Extremely helpful...I m desirous of a teaching job in Dubai.... subscribed ur channel...just wanted to know if private tuitions are allowed in Dubai, apart from the teaching job as a part time job....and how much do they pay for private tuitions till classes 5.
Hello Jaya! I hope you’re keeping well! ☺️ Some schools allow it but most schools don’t allow it and they often state this on the contract but it’s at your own risk/discretion if you do. An hourly rate for tuition could be anywhere between 150dirham - 300dirham per hour depending on the age of the child. ☺️
Might be a very daft question but do you need a PGCE to teach in dubai? I know a friend of mine is doing a year in dubai as a pe teacher as a sandwich to their sports coaching degree but not a clue how they got it.
James Shaw Hey James, no it’s not a daft question at all!😂🤗 Ya, I actually know one or two guys who are PE teaching here and they have a sports degree!! It’s a very closely related degree for PE teaching so if you do only have that, you would more than likely get a job in it!! 😊 Hope that answers your question!😊
ritvika goswami As far as I know, you don’t need one for some schools in the UAE as you can teach with just a degree in something but for top America and British ones you would need a Bed and a teaching license.
As a Paddy teaching in Thailand for the last 14 years I think I'll move the family to Dubai and bank something. But how likely is it to get free accomodation and education for two girls? I teach ICT. PGCEi + Degree. Go raibh maith agat!
Do you teach all subjects? I’m obtaining my TESL certificate to try to teach English in different countries. Most places such as Korea for an example only needs a bachelor degree in anything as well as a tesl certificate to teach English there. But I know you said you need a teaching degree or license? So does that mean I can’t just teach English there with my certificate?
Hey Victoria!! Thanks for your message!!🤗 It really depends do you have degree? If you do, and it’s any way related to teaching with the TESL certificate, you might have a chance. Yes, I teach all subjects, math, science and English!😌
+teachmevogue I’m actually about to graduate with an English degree and tesl certificate. But it’s not really a teaching degree. Is there anyway to just teach English there or must I have a teaching degree and teach all subjects?
Victoria Matmanivong You could def get a job, a good few teachers have English degrees here and they are teaching. Maybe be a bit more difficult but def possible x
laxma reddy Hi Laxma!! I would get onto some recruitment agencies to help you out to source a job, all the agencies are linked below in the description box. ☺️
although you posted this super informative video 5 months ago, I hope you can answer my question. Actually I've got an MA in English translation and I have been teaching English ever since I started studying in this field which is almost 4 years of experience. I've got IELTS degree with overall score of 8 and I was wondering if these are enough to get a teaching job in that area or not (not to mention I'm a non-naticve speaker). I wanted to start job hunting process but I wasn't sure if I am qualified enough or not. I wish you answer me 😊😊😊
Marzie Khoshhal Hi Marzie!! Just this year, a regulation came out by the KHDA(the education authority) that all teachers here would need a teaching degree. This wasn’t the case before-hand as some people came out here to teach with just regular degrees!! However your best bet would be to get in contact with the recruiters in the description box below to see can they assist you further as they are in direct contact with these schools. Best of luck and I wish you all the best with the job search! Let me know if you have any other questions ☺️
Teach Me Vogue Thanks millions for responding me that was very kind of you dear. Your gudance was really helpful to me. BTW is there any special online course by which I can get a teaching degree to become qualified for getting a teaching job in Dubai, Abu Dhabi,...?
Thanks for all the great info! I'm looking at securing a job for mid 2019 somewhere in the UAE. Can I ask how long do the interviews usually last? And is Skype interviews common? I've come across some agencies that want to you to attend in person which I'll find difficult because of where we're located. ~David
The World n Us Hey David!! Lovely to hear from you! Skype interviews can last between 30-40 minutes and yes they are extremely common here!! The recruitment process in schools begins the end of Nov. ☺️ Hope this helps 😊
Naomi Williams Hi Naomi!! Thanks so much for the lovely comment!! No, it’s not too late at all, start applying now with agencies I’ve mentioned and I’m sure they will help you out!! I only ended up getting my job the end of May so you’ve lots of time yet!!😍💃🏻
Thank you for these videos Aoife. I am from cork and in the last few months of my teaching qualification (PGCE) in the UK and I am thinking of applying to teach in Dubai. Should I wait until I have more experience in the teaching world ?
Emily Reynolds Hi hun!! 😍 No problem, glad they’re useful for you!!🙂 It really depends on yourself, some people that I know came straight from college, and it was a bit of transaction at the start but like anything you get used of it and they love it now!💃🏻 A lot of the schools here are British curriculum schools so it would be in line with what you studied in the UK!😁
Hi Aoife, just a general question, do you have any insight into whether the British Curriculum relates to Australian Curriculums at all? I'm close to finishing my studies, and was wondering whether the curriculums are similar? Asking because you may perhaps work with other Australians and have spoken about this topic...Thanks!
I have a question !!! Say you have a degree not in teaching but say for example buisness management and then you further go on to complete a pgce alongside a years experience and also a TEFL . Will that be accepted?
I have the same question to any recruiters or teachers teaching in the UAE... Degree in Finance+Celta+TEFL+pgce (from a turkish uni)+6 yrs of teaching exp.+iGCSE exp.
Hi I’m getting a masters in communications and would like to go into teaching in Dubai, what should I do next? What certificates if any should I need? Which schools should I apply to?
Hi love! i loved this video and your previous one about dubai!! I am graduating university from Australia next year (2020) With a bachelor of arts (majoring in english) and bachelor of educational studies and i have work experience through placement from my university to go out to schools and train and teach english lessons would i be able to get a job in dubai with what i have so far since i will be a uni graduate? thanks
caziza __ Hey Caziza! In the top British and American schools in Dubai, you would need a bachelor of education and experience but for other schools in other emirates it would be 100% possible to get a job with your qualifications and experience. Dubai is very competitive as so many people want to go there but Sharjah which is the closest emirate to it might be the best bet with your experience however it’s a dry emirate (no alcohol served) and is much quieter than Dubai but many people who work there, go to Dubai every weekend ☺️☺️☺️
I have a question. I am planning to enroll in education for a bachelor degree but I'm not sure if I am going to continue my teaching in the future so can I take business for a bachelor and still teach in gulf countries and get a good payment? also, I do have a TEFL certificate
Hey! Thank you so much for your informative videos, what did you study at university? I am in my A2 year and struggling to choose a subject as I also would love to teach abroad! Thank you
I am doing psychology sociology and Health and Social Care! I’m not entirely sure on what I would like/ can study in uni, but primary education is looking like one of the main ones!
Awww great!! That’s sounds very interesting! Cool, ya primary teaching is a great course to go travelling with and teach in different countries but it’s definitely a lot of hard work and long long hours when your working. 😅 But it’s opened up so many great opportunities for me.
Ma'am I have done Bs Hons in English and Ms Hons in applied linguistics. Can I get job in teaching? How about other jobs I can get in Dubai? Do reply. Thanks
One more question mam That if i want to teach in dubai then english spoken and computer knowledge are important What is the way to teach children there is there english is only a medium to teach children in classroom
Sabahat ara Yes, your spoken and written English need to be excellent if you are teaching English. Also everything is done on computers, data inputting and we use interactive whiteboards on a daily basis.
Thanku for the video!Im from Sri Lanka...I have a BSc degree in IT and MSC in education..can I apply for the teaching??? Your early response in this regard is highly appreciated!
Hey buddy... just wanted to ask that actually I have done my graduation in English in an open University and meanwhile I was teaching in a CBSE school. After my graduation I did my teaching course b.ed of 2 years in regular mode therefore I left my job for this course....so my question is do I need further more experience or I can easily get a teaching job in Dubai...?
Hey! I am teaching in Viet nam for over 2 years now.I guess its time for me to change the country and I am giving a thought to come and teach in Dubai. Can you probably recommend me “a serious recommendation” may be some schools or websitebto get through. Thanks a load in advance
Erica Denzongpa Hey Erica!! Any of the agencies I mentioned in my video ‘How to Get a Teaching Job in Dubai’ - All quiet good and proactive!! Let me know how you get on x
Teach Me Vogue And you have mentioned about the teaching certificate. Are you indicating TESOL/ TEFL or B.ED degree ?? I do have TESOL but B.ED don’t have one. Thanks
Erica Denzongpa I’m referring to a Bed in primary education. I also have a TEFL certificate as this is an added bonus when applying for jobs abroad too but it’s not enough to have just this to teach in the good schools in Dubai. Hope this clears it up x
Hey great Video!. I have a Bachelors in Biomedical Science and I will be completeting my PGCE this year. Will I be able to apply for jobs straight after I finish my PGCE? x
Sean Byrne Hey Sean!! It really depends on the school, your degree and your years experience. It also depends on the rating of the school, outstanding schools can sometimes pay more but the work load is much more intense then. 😍🙌🏼
Abigail Baluyot Venegas Hi Abigail!! It depends on the school, if you are already living in the UAE they might ask you to come in and do a demo lesson as part of your interview but if you are living outside the UAE, you won’t be required to do that.☺️ Hope this helps ☺️
Hi this is Jafar Kamran how are u i hope you are fine. Well i watched your video til the end which was so helpful for someone who has the tendencies to find a teaching job in Dubai. I would like you to tell something about the specific answers to the unexpected questions asked by the interviewer at the end of interview which i hope will be more helpful to get well prepared for the interview . Thanks and regard Jafar Looking forward to watch your next video
Jafar Kamran Thank you Jafar for your lovely message. I haven’t created a video in a while as I’m swamped with school work but hopefully will get another one up in the next few months. Let me know is there any questions in specific you’d like me to answer ☺️
@@aoifeclifford6348 oh dear thanks for the consideration.....well i would like to know what kinda questions should we ask the interviewer at the end of interview once they ask the candidate ''Is there any question that you would like to ask''..
Jafar Kamran I have all the questions you can practise for and questions you can ask the interviewer in the description box. I hope this helps you ☺️☺️
Hello mam i m waiting for your reply When and how to teachers get family facility like if i get selected then can i get a seperate flat that i can live with my husband and my children and my family members
That's really nice of you sis Thank you so much for replying No I haven't started applying for the job but I am planning for it But the problem is after six months I am getting married here in India so before that I can't come to uae So I planned to come there after my marriage
Qudsam Maheskar Hi Qudsam!! How has your job hunt being going? I would advise you to get in contact with one the agencies I have linked in the description as they will be able to help you further in getting a job. ☺️ Very best of luck x
Hi Bernice, I amn't sure about nursery but most of the teachers in our KG department have an English degree. I'm sorry if that doesn't answer your question.
Hello friend,I email Peter and sent my CV but when I was feeling the form from the education consultant as u directed, some questions like ,do I have license to teach in USA ?etc.I am a Nigerian.pls help me out.I really need the job.
CHIOMA OBINNA Ya, a proper teaching degree is now required by the KHDA (the education authority here) since this year for a teachers in the UAE, to increase the quality of education. It is more difficult also to get a job if you are an non-native English speaker, the competition is very tough here!! The only think I can say is contact the recruiters to see do you have a chance not just here but anywhere else in the Middle East to secure a teaching job with your qualifications. Really wishing you the best of luck! ☺️ Fingers crosses for you that you get something soon 😍
Hello dear, i would like to ask you something. 😊 If I earn my bachelor's degree in Slovakia can I teach english in Dubai ? Because maybe, they will not accept diploma from another country.
Its soo easy for you guys. I am african so getting a teaching job here is not easy i have been trying for morethan a year and i had to settle for security job. I have 4 years experience as a science teacher and i have all the qualifications but everywhere i failed one requirement either philipino or Asians only😭 or Europeans
Abdullahi Sheikh Nour Thanks so much for your comment. If your thinking of applying, definitely try to go through any of the agencies that I have linked in the description box, they will help you out for sure. 😁
Sister.. I did Masters in Technology (Electronics and Communications Engineering). Can I apply for jobs as Science teacher in Schools in UAE.? I am from India.
Thank you very much for your time and effort to bring us this information. I have recently completed my graduation in Linguistics and Literature (Major in Literature) , I live in Pakistan, these days I have been searching for a teaching job in Dubai but unfortunately I don't have any experience though I have taught in a an International school in my city during my graduation but it doesn't count I guess. I can teach Literature, Philosophy and Film. I'm hoping that you may help me to find an institution where they can give me a chance, a few months training and I'm ready to go. I have applied for a tourist visa, I shall be there in a few weeks in person. Thanks again for this video.
Laban Chris Thank you so much for your comment! Glad the video was of use to you!! I think the best thing to do is contact any of the recruitment agencies I have mentioned above, they will hopefully be able to help you secure a job here.☺️
Greeting.. Thanks for the video. I B. E civil graduate with four years of experience in teaching field but I don't have teaching certificate or TELF.. Can I get job with this profile.?!
Yes there is unfortunately! 😪 If you go to the required documents section of the video it will tell you what documents you need and how much they cost. It breaks it all down for you ☺️
Hi Aoife.... ive found ur video really helpful... I have done my graduation in commerce can u suggest any training institutes and programs for teaching that wud make easier to get the teaching job....?? Thanks....
shahesta fatima Hey Shahesta, so glad you found it helpful!!☺️☺️ It depends where are you from? I only know the Irish and the UK post graduation degree in education ✨
@@aoifeclifford6348 Hey Aoife... I stay in the UAE... Tried searching for the teaching training courses here but not sure which one will suit best ...Thanks...
shahesta fatima I’m so sorry Shahesta!! I really can’t advise you on this as I don’t know of anyone who completed a degree with the universities here! I wish you all the best and I hope you find a good university with a good teaching degree that will suit you 😘😘 Wish I could of been of more help 😢
@@aoifeclifford6348 That's absolutely fine ... I really appreciate you for replying... Hats off for the great help u have provided... U are loaded full of positivity Mashaallah... Keep going with the great work....
Apsa Kazi Hey, so a degree in primary teaching or a teaching degree in a secondary subject like science, English, business etc. for the higher grades. You usually get your license once you have your teaching degree completed. ☺️☺️
"How to do beautiful eye makeup" could be an equally appropriate title for this video. I definitely clicked on the Brooke Shields look-alike thumbnail 😉. Okay, on to the video...
My degree is in Latin, to get it translated does it need to be done officially somewhere, or can I type a translation using google 😅 Also, for the passport sized photo, can I just take one myself of my head and shoulders and convert it to .png?
Caroline Daly Hi Caroline! To ensure it is translated correctly, I would you the website DocsBase.com to translate and I would also get a proper passport taken in a pharmacy. This is what I did anyway x I didn’t want any issues with these things ☺️
Deus Nibyo Hi Deus!! It really depends on the school. I know some people from home who are teaching in the UAE who didn’t have teaching experience but they did have a degree and had English as their first language! They aren’t working in Dubai as it is hugely competitive to get a job here without a education degree and a few years experience. I think schools in the other emirates are more likely to hire ☺️ Hope this helps ✨🥰
@@aoifeclifford6348 Actually, I live in Abu Dhabi and I thank you for taking your time to respond back to me. So, you mean I should visit schools now and try my luck? ?
@@aoifeclifford6348 No, it's my first time here and I am doing another job to get away into teaching. The teaching experience I have, is from my home country .
Souhil AL Hey Souhil! It depends on the school but most schools do look for experienced teachers. However if you keep looking, I’m sure you’d get something ☺️
What if I have regular gradiation and distance masters in English and 2 years of experience in teaching. But I don't have a teaching degree, would I get a job in Dubai ? Please do answer. Thanking in anticipation)))
Yes it is possible but the competition to get into schools even if you have a education degree and experience is so fierce. I have friends who have regular non-related education degrees and they got jobs in the other emirates like Sharjah & Ajman. ☺️ TES is a great website to find jobs you might be looking for in all Emirates! Hope this information helps!☺️
@@aoifeclifford63481. okayy amazing, so if I have graduation, teaching degree, and 2 years of experience. Would that be good ? Because I do not want a job which would pay me less than 8 dhirams. 2. How much schools usually pay ? 3. Which part would be the best to find a job according to living and job security situation ? Dubai, abu Dhabi, or Shuja ?
It’s definitely more difficult to find a job in Dubai with a non-education degree however I know girls from home who are teaching in other Emirates like Sharjah that is close to Dubai who have gotten jobs in teaching. Hope this helps. ❤️
As once u replied me of my question that without having B. Ed degree can i teach in Dubai School then u said yes in Sabis can teach... So Once again I am asking that I am M. Sc(Physics) also having more than 5 years of teaching experience in India my country so can I definitely apply and get job... Please give satisfactory answer...
Madam, I want to teach in Dubai. I have B.A. in English and B.Ed. Can you please tell me what is teaching license? I also want to know about the procedures as well. Thank you
Hello Teachmevogue I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Education but not in a specific subject. Are they jobs available as an advisor or student support in the school in Dubai? If so do you know of any recruiters who I am able to speak to about the types of jobs I may be eligible for. Also my boyfriend is also trying to look for a teaching job, he has is teaching license in Physical Education. What is the demand for PE teachers in Dubai. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and thoughts with others, this is very helpful and I hope to hear back from you. Thank you.
andria diaz Hi Andria!!☺️ So sorry I’m getting back to you so late. Yes, there are roles as teaching assistance’s but you do need a teaching degree here now. The demand for PE teachers is quiet low here and quiet competitive as there is only so many required for each school. I’d advise you to get onto any of the teaching agencies I have linked in the description box, hopefully they will guide you further in securing a job. Best of luck doll! 🤞 Fingers crossed for you!☺️

@@aoifeclifford6348 hi can I get your email id
Superb information mam..
Can you tell us the difference of the curricula being used in dubai? Im a bit confused thank you
What are the teaching hours for most UAE schools?
Very useful video I like it and I need it
Extremely helpful...I m desirous of a teaching job in Dubai.... subscribed ur channel...just wanted to know if private tuitions are allowed in Dubai, apart from the teaching job as a part time job....and how much do they pay for private tuitions till classes 5.
I m an Indian... teaching English here in India for 22 years .
@@aoifeclifford6348 Thank you so much for being so prompt in responding...I shall be contacting u time and again as I really wanna teach in Dubai
Wud love to know if u r still in Dubai or moved elsewhere.
If I don't have teaching licence like bed n have instead TEFL will it be okay
ritvika goswami As far as I know, you don’t need one for some schools in the UAE as you can teach with just a degree in something but for top America and British ones you would need a Bed and a teaching license.
As a Paddy teaching in Thailand for the last 14 years I think I'll move the family to Dubai and bank something. But how likely is it to get free accomodation and education for two girls? I teach ICT. PGCEi + Degree. Go raibh maith agat!
It's free accommodation, for u and ur family
I m laxmareddy from India and I have four years of experience in India as a physics teacher. So how can I try in other countries?
laxma reddy Hi Laxma!!

Emily Reynolds ..... Good luck..

Hi Ijang! So glad you liked my video ☺️ You can use to website TES to look up all the jobs that are available in Dubai. 🙌🏼 It’s very good!
Hi love! i loved this video and your previous one about dubai!!
Teach Me Vogue thank u so much for the information!! i’ll definitely contact some agencies to help me out!
I have a question. I am planning to enroll in education for a bachelor degree but I'm not sure if I am going to continue my teaching in the future so can I take business for a bachelor and still teach in gulf countries and get a good payment? also, I do have a TEFL certificate

Would you say the pay gap is a lot or quite similar to the UK when In the UAE?

One more question mam
That if i want to teach in dubai then english spoken and computer knowledge are important
What is the way to teach children there is there english is only a medium to teach children in classroom
Sabahat ara Yes, your spoken and written English need to be excellent if you are teaching English. Also everything is done on computers, data inputting and we use interactive whiteboards on a daily basis.
do we also need our birth certificate and marriage certificate to be attested?

Hi. Is it easy to find a high-paying job teaching ESL in Dubai with a degree, a CELTA, and a moderate amount of teaching experience?
Sean Byrne Hey Sean!! It really depends on the school, your degree and your years experience. It also depends on the rating of the school, outstanding schools can sometimes pay more but the work load is much more intense then. 😍🙌🏼
Hi! In applying for a teaching job, do i need to have a demo teaching?
Abigail Baluyot Venegas Hi Abigail!! It depends on the school, if you are already living in the UAE they might ask you to come in and do a demo lesson as part of your interview but if you are living outside the UAE, you won’t be required to do that.☺️ Hope this helps ☺️

CHIOMA OBINNA Ya, a proper teaching degree is now required by the KHDA (the education authority here) since this year for a teachers in the UAE, to increase the quality of education. It is more difficult also to get a job if you are an non-native English speaker, the competition is very tough here!!
