@@user-xp1mn8lq3n in my case it was a custom part but maybe you can find it somewhere as a stock part. This hole was made for a tensioning bolt su su can tension conveyor belt
I needed to strip this wire and I cut my hand while trying to do it with a knife so I decided I need a safer way to make a longtitudal cut so insulation can be peeled easily. Sharp end of the bolt makes this little cut which is enough to split and peel cable insulation
