In this video, we make a house design measuring 2x3 meters (6 Sqm) from the viewer. This house is very small so we design it with several standard facilities, such as:
-kitchen
-bathroom
-and bedroom
This house is perfect for use as a capsule hotel and to be occupied for a relatively short time.

I like the way I could sleep with my head out of one window and my feet out of the opposite one. Super cool!
People don’t seem to understand what they “need” vs “want”. During this time where there is a lack of affordable housings, a homeless person needs a space for a single bed, toilet, shower, and a sink.
What about a kitchen? Maybe you can order food online. You can order a healthy meal.
What about a wardrobe? Well, do you really need so many clothes? You can live off of 2 weeks worth of clothes and do laundry weekly.
I don’t know if it’s cheaper going to a laundromat or have a washer and dryer.
Other than that? If you want a bigger space, you might as well save money so you can move elsewhere.
It might help if homeless people can start investing. I don’t know anything about investing.

People may need affordable hosing, but they should be allowed more space , if only for mental health reasons. I love small but this is way to small, you would end up living a very solitary life. That's not good or fair.
or safe. and neee anotger level for storage, at leasr! and a balcony for the bedroom. and where do tge bikes go!!???
This is cruelty everyone needs company and the bathroom is unusable.
WOW THIS IS AMAZING.
However I do think 8 sq feet is small enough, you need a living area. Somewhere to watch TV. So yes 8sq feets with this design would make this equally amazing.

If you want a living room, you might as well save money and rent a living space elsewhere. A condo seems nice once you can actually afford it

A Living in a box....It's not a bad idea, but it's not much to live with, because I can't imagine how I would move the furniture there. It's a terrible idea to live in such a narrow space. A person wakes up in the morning, stretches in the bed and immediately breaks the window. Perhaps it would be better to sleep somewhere in a vertical position, hanging on a hanger.😜 I have a tiny house. It has 40 square meters and a small garden. But I don't feel like I have to suffocate there, which I probably should have here.

With this small size I do not consider it to be a house, it is a cozy place to go to sleep and store few clothes, just a bedroom.

The bathroom should go upstairs, to leave you space for a sitting area downstairs.
I think the bathroom should go upstairs. This an amazing design, but I think making it 8sq feet would be small enough.
I'm scared some affordable housing, will force people to live in a good quality home but in a space which is that small, it will reduce their standered of living. I'm not saying it needs to be massive, but you need to have visitors around or your circle of friends will become smaller and smaller. Why do people think that members of the public who are struggling that these don't deserve a descent amount of space to live in. This is an amazing design but I feel 8sq feet is small enough. This 6sq feet is to small way to small. People as humans need we space or it will be used to just sleep in and that isn't a home , so then it wouldn't be lived in as a home or loved like a home should be. Trying to fit 3 living areas dwn stairs isn't good. 2 living areas dwn stairs and 2 up stairs.
So kitchen and pull out eating space, and a living room with size to fit a few friends in to watch TV. Then a bit of a bigger bed area and bathroom upstairs.
Your not adding more cost, if there is more cost, it won't be much.
This is however an amazing design. It needs to be coloured lighter which will give the impression of a larger space.

dat under stairs space is wasted can make bathroom size bigger and add sink if u put wc under stairs so 9.5/10 !
Sorry guys, I think its not possible to live there and when you have such a small space you will never make any atic upond the front doors. The house have outside dimensions cca 2,5x3,5meters but the atic take another 50 cm + from each side. If you have property or place for building 3x4meters will you build house smaller just to get any designe stupidity or you will use it for your space comfort?

May I request minimalist/aesthetic interior designs with white and black or white and gold combination color for peninsula homes general trias Cavite 34 sq meter.with kitchen and small nook bar. for 2nd floor one room, balcony. and the other one make loft style/mezzanine style/ office work place to see who is in the dining area. Ground floor: 1 small bedroom for elderly, verandah, living room, kitchen, dining with nook bar, bathroom
2nd floor: 2 bedroom, balcony, bathroom (if possible)
3rd floor: roof deck with 1 small bedroom, bathroom (if possible)

Bathroom is too small to do business in there. It's not comfy. A good design has to be realistic to live in too. Some suggestions;
1. Bathroom / a small dine area under the stairs (with proper adjustments of course). That way, the stairs would not be too steep (to avoid injury especially when living alone) and you can get more space
2. A small fridge would be enough
3. A chair (or a one seater sofa} and a small table for dining
4. A TV on the wall in front of the chair / sofa but not too close
5. Change the wall colours to a lighter tone and adjust camera work
