Hi can you make a house with 20sqm floor plan with 3closed bedroom. The land is 35sqm, to have a space outdoor we decided 20sqm floor plan for the house . But If you have better plan than ds please make me one 😪 can you also make a space on the back for the dirty kitchen .

The downstairs got a good design but the upstairs is just not the one, like there's few things needed to be done and replaced
I'm genuinely curious though, how would you redesign the second floor?
@@dolapoeniola8834 maybe an example is that the bathroom shouldn't be put in the middle of the house; 1) the drainage is gonna cost more for more pipes, 2) bathroom in the middle is just not right, for instance what if there's a leak? It'll poured all over the house (cuz every person or family had one or two problems with bathroom in their home).

@@TaqdyrXavier that's true but I was thinking if they put a camping toilet, it'll work for such a small space and they won't have to run any plumbing either

Banheiro pequeno demais deveria ter cuba, sanitário e chuveiro num único espaço. Chuveiro não pode ficar muito perto da porta.
How to get in to the 2nd floor toilet :D the door is block by the sink and the table
you can make the direction to open it out of the toilet, this is very common in narrow houses or turn it into a sliding door.what like that @godfather
