Without a doubt the most intense part of the game. I always go guns blazing on on these gang missions...even though the odds are weighed heavily against you which makes it a good challenge! The Shipwrecked shootout and Underground Dog Fight mission will always be my favourites.
Ngl I usually tried to stay non lethal throughout majority of this game but once Horatio got killed I was like “the gloves are off” and stocked up on nothing but guns. I was on a bloody mission, stealth was not an option and nothing was gonna get in my way.

Eye for an Eye is easily the most emotional WD2 operation. Playing this operation after $911 makes sense. Now, the Tezcas suspect DedSec, so they picked up a DedSec member as a retaliation. They might have mistook Horatio for Marcus (assuming you were detected during the first three $911 missions). 4:26 R.I.P. Horatio Carlin (1994-2016) 9:08 Just like John Wick burning Tarasov's properties and the leverage he had over the city. 13:03 and 19:11 Watching Matto lose his sanity during these missions was fun to watch. Amazing soundtrack, btw. The soundtrack during these missions sound terrifying. 19:35 Rest In Pieces Luis Travino. 19:58 Rest In Pieces Jorge Guttierez. 22:04 Rest In Pieces Tina Huerta. Tina is the first female antagonist in a WD game since Charlotte Gardner from WD1. Charlotte caused the junkyard fight and put a 100k bounty on Aiden. 30:04 Rest In Pieces Pablo Cortes. The Tezcas are now leaderless thanks to Marcus. Thank you for playing this mission gun blazing. It felt satisfying to watch Marcus turn into John Wick during this mission. This would've been a great mission to turn Marcus into a cold-blooded man. Feeding these Tezca members bullets always feels satisfying. Horatio is the WD2 equivalent of Carlos. Both characters with potential who were killed off too soon. I wish Horatio was in every DedSec cutscene that took place before this operation. Amazing gameplay Will!
Here’s a fun thing to note. Marcus came in the house with a gun, something you never see Marcus use in cutscenes, why is it interesting? Cause Marcus only seen to non lethally deal with problems canonically, he’s not a killer combatant like Aiden Pearce is. Which also means canonically the Tezcas gang members are the only gangs that Marcus has canonically ever killed in the entire story. Marcus knows since he’s a hacker and off the grid, there will be no fingerprint or digital footprints to leave behind, which also means he knows he can get away with killing the Tezcas.
more of this constant perception regarding Marcus being 'nOn LEThAl' - all for the sake of a 'canonical confirmation' regarding Marcus only being seen with a proper gun once in a cutscene therefore that somehow confirms and is able to determine (according to you) that Marcus is not a 'kIllEr' and he's been 'nOn lEthAl' this whole time... buddy, there's no 'canonical confirmation' at all, if you want to keep the same energy with Marcus going 'non-lethal' and how's that apparently canon, then you should go against the marketing of the game as well as the various hacks you're able to do as well as causing car crashes... WD2 and Marcus/DedSec are supposed to represent the symbolic but personification allegorical and paradoxical nature against 'fighting against EvEl for the greater good' while getting juxtaposed within the parallels against the ultimate 'big bad' that they're fighting against, The Boys' comic in particular is probably a direct inspiration for WD2.

Emptying bullets into Pablo is the only definitive way to end him, no other way would have had the same satisfaction or at least in my opinion. Dude deserved everything that came to him after they killed Horatio and I made sure of that in my first playthrough. I may have hated Blume and their ctOS but I hated the Tezcas more on the same level as The Brotherhood when they killed Carlos in Saints Row 2.

Great job out there dude and I feel really sorry for Marcus and his friends; especially Horatio and he definitely deserved better too. I don't really play Watch Dogs 2 that much, but I have to say that the game is fun and the graphics aren't too shabby either. At least Marcus' revenge was very justified and it has been fulfilled to be fair. I could hug and comfort Marcus to help him feel better. Another thing I would like to point out is that Marcus is one agile guy to be doing those flips, tricks, vaulting over walls, and parkouring like that and I'm impressed with the results.

Missions like this make me wish there were the gun takedowns like in the other games when you’re in combat. That would’ve made this so much more satisfying. Still a well done mission though. Brings the emotion and lights a fire underneath the player. Those are the type of missions I love in gaming in general.
The first 2 Watch Dogs are truly great. I won't be doing any more Legion videos though...just doesn't compare to the first two. Next up will be a return to GTA vids.
I was clapping at the tezcas constantly for about 2 days after they killed Horacio I pull up to the apts every once and a while and throw a wet t shirt contest in his honor
The only issue with this mission is that even though we played with horatio a few times throughout the game, he never felt that significant. WD2s story was never as emotional as WD1s and clara’s death in such. We shoulda gotten a game with all of WD2s features and a amazing story like WD1 😭
