29:52 man that zipline at that height is scary. I questioned if his group is self destructive. One time when sitara was sittting on the ledge of a mobile tower is crazy.
Some weird fun facts about the compromised candidate:
-The E3 demo intro conversation "Have a faith, sister" is still in game files but unused, there's also another variant of it with different dialogue that's unused too, there's quite a few of lines that were unheard of but created for E3 demo only, as the specific route that was chosen doesn't fully utilize all of the recorded dialogue, some of it also got cut from final
-In the E3 demo the roof was visibly higher, though this isn't an actual map change, in the game files there's still a "layer" (basically map area) that can be loaded and it adds a fake building roof that's floating in air and is placed way higher, it does have E3 in the name so this entire thing was faked for some reason, i guess to add the verticality to the cutscene
-The same cutscene also had extended dialogue that got cut:
*Wrench: Hey Marcus. How's it going? (Before Marcus says "Yo, check it out!")
*Wrench: Yeah sure, man, just feed them into the machine until they're aggregated, data-mined, nagglomerated -- *Marcus:--modeled, normalized. (After "Getting screwed" and before "Don't even feel it")
*Marcus: Mount? Wait, that's your plan!? (After "Mount our exit strategy")
-This mission had two previous names before being named "Compromised Candidate" and those were: "Connect The Dots" and "A Penthouse View"
-The animation of Marcus going down the zipline seems to be corrupted, one of the arms is twitching very weirdly even though this bug was not present in the E3 demo
-The ending cutscene when Marcus lands and says "Yeah!" is weirdly cut off, it's because the cutscene is unchanged from E3 demo and still features the part with Wrench, but whoever was in charge of the mission simply cut the cutscene off with a script rather than editing it to blend seamlessly, that's why it looks so buggy and teleports you further from the car with a broken transition, this also caused audio mixing issues, to fix this they also had to play three audio events to remove the cutscene audio mixing which would otherwise break gun sounds, it appears originally you would also escape with Wrench in the car but that got cut and Wrench is nowhere to be seen in final
-I've mentioned how the part with the Wrench is still there, Wrench was removed but the audio is left intact and as soon as the cutscene ends (properly without being cut off) it plays the same music from E3 demo outro, which keeps looping forever with a black screen

I somewhat know WD1, WD2 and WDL inside out (not to brag or anything, just saying), i should've posted more comments like these while the previous videos were coming out but i still got some more stuff for later ones

One of my favourite operations in WD2.
This operation was used as E3 2016 demo. I remember watching that video the day it was posted.

15:42 WD2 would look amazing with ray traced reflections, even better than Legion at max settings.
19:21 The cutscene itself is well made, but why is it using low quality character models? The lighting is weird as well, the faces don't seem to have enough shadowing/ambient occlusion. The textures are low res and blurry.

23:17 Easily the greatest landing I've seen in my life.
25:50 This section usually plays "Erik B and Rakim - Don't Sweat the Technique"
Which had to be replaced with "Play 'n Go" due to copyright.

31:28 Josh is the youngest DedSec SF member (21 years old) and the most underappreciated character in WD2.
32:44 My favourite track in WD2 (W4tched FBI reveal music), one of the most intense tracks in WD2. It usually plays "CCR - Fortunate Son", which had to be removed due to copyright.

The cutscene is fine in terms of models and textures, the lighting is the problem
The game can look flat like this quite a lot of times even in freeroam, the cutscene itself lacks any manually placed lights to make it look better, and overall it depends on the time, the mission should be played at night
so glad i recently started playing this. game has it's ups and downs but causing chaos while being undetected is tons of fun
