The best version out there period
Andrew is one of the most intensely focused guitarists performing today. His concerts are enthralling. His students excel. He's a true artist.
Clean!
Played by this player on this guitar, the piece sound almost synthesized. Wow, the effect is phenomenal.
Cheers.
I was there and it was incredible. The audience had their jaws open wide when he nailed it.
An interesting about Leonard's performance is that he doesn't seem so enthralled by the notion of playing this section of the piece as fast as he can, but rather focusing on dynamics as well as the notes and technique, but then he absolutely slays it when he speeds up.
I've had a chance to talk to Andrew after the concert in SC Kentucky, man he's a nice guy. He was eager to answer anything I asked him. Needles to say audience absolutely loved him. What a great showman. Hi played the same guitar as in this clip and live sounds much warmer. He can really play.
I remember being there and it was the most metal classical guitar performance of all time.
I took a class at National Guitar Workshop taught by the man himself....All I can say is GENIUS!!!!!!!!!
This so wonderful! Love it.
ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! Stunning job!!!!!
insane performance. Flawless, we can hear each notes. Good job.
Andrew, I came across this video after seeing your courses on Truefire. I'm really enjoying them so far and happy to see the Arpeggio Power Play courses added. I still have to stop by and watch this now and then to remind myself how awesome a classical guitar can sound.
I've been studying classical guitar for about a year now, and watching this cat execute such a beautiful piece only inspires me to practice harder and keep it up so one day I get to play like him.
What a joy to watch and hear! I need to go practice now!
This is simply stunning. I think I have a new favorite piece to listen to.
I just met Leonard today at a benefit concert and I have to say he was just amazing and it was so cool that I got to
Bad ass. Heard Andrew play about a year ago in Pasco, WA. Great player and great teacher.
So into it... What an incredible musician
he's the greatest teacher. He thought my older brother and my current teacher. Amazing.
loved that!
