- I mentioned last video that I took some time off making skate videos to do some new stuff and in this video I introduce y'all to my home garden!
I'm mainly growing a bunch of different varieties of hot peppers, but also have a few other veggies and a few herbs. Overall just a solid little situation going on outside to keep my mind off the real world.
At the end of the video I touch on a more personal reason of why I took some time off from posting on here for a little while.

Dude I love my salsa garden! I make home made salsa all the time, it's the best! I tried canning my first year since I made a huge batch but the canned salsa sucks compared to fresh. So now I just make salsa fresh and if I have extra I give it away! Friends love the amazing free salsa! Great skating as always! Love the transfer!

I grew some really nice tomatoes and some chili peppers and cilantro and made some killer salsa a few years back! So much fun

It's funny that's a small skatepark for where you are in the world. Sadly that's a pretty normal looking park for where I am in the UK. In fact it's bigger than my local one (RIP) and it even has a couple of rails. I don't know what it is in my part of the country you don't get many rails and when you do they're far too often square! Edit: I've just seen the two on here are square as well, that sucks!
Gardening is a great thing for the soul and if I had the outside space i would definitely indulge as well. Keep it up I think you're onto a winner with that one!
Sorry to hear about the shit you caught online I wasn't aware and that really sucks. Thankfully nowadays the majority of skaters seem to be much nicer than they used to be in the early 00s, obviously not everyone, but thankfully more than they used to be. Much more accepting and open minded so we're getting there, but there's always gonna be one or a few I guess. Take it easy.
Oh wow, really?? The parks over here are usually really big hah, so seeing something this small is a wild sight haha
And yes, the rails there were square and awful and I simply did not skate them at all haha
The gardening is incredible. Most of the video of the garden was taken a week or so ago, so everything is way bigger and taking over my whole yard haha
Everyone these days is much friendlier, which is why it was so shocking to have so much blowback from something as dumb as me hurting myself hah. I always try to be super positive to everyone else on the skate journey, was just a huge bummer to get dumped on outta nowhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This park is in Sneads, like an hour or so outta Tally... it's honestly not worth the trip, especially from where you are haha
Growing is one of those things that I enjoy and the California Sun allows me to grow some great veggies as well as some sweet buds. There's nothing like Growing everything and knowing how it is grown clean with no chemicals. Keep crushing it friend 👍 and even though it's rough sometimes putting yourself out here on the good ole internet just remember that those people that are negative are only negative because they don't have enough good stuff going on in their own life. The rest of us do care so rant on🤘

Gardening is a great thing to do, and a perfect contrast to blading. I grow a big variety of culinary herbs - well over fifty.
Never had any luck growing peppers up here in WA state, cool to see though. At least I can import them! Favorites are ghost peppers and banana peppers.

Gardening here is like using a cheat code, thankfully, but lemme tell ya about these tomatoes - they are invasive AF! They started killing everything in the raised bed cause their roots just kept growing and decimating everything in its path haha. Whoops
I remember that FB post, thought it was bullshit that people were roasting you. Unfortunately no matter what the hobby is, the relative anonymity of the internet attracts a lot of people looking to blow off steam in a cruel and unhealthy way. Totally understandable to feel turned off by it, putting yourself out there is always scary and I'm team sensitive dude as well. The garden looks dope! Hope all's well.
I was super shocked by the comments cause I had always had such good feedback from people, but you're right, the anonymity is always gonna attract those types. Not a fan, but stoked to be on Team Sensitive Dude alongside ya!
The garden has changed a bit since this video, had to remove the tomatoes that turned out to be killing everything else in the garden haha.. lesson learned!
