To clear things up: Yes the track in the Short is a Techno Song (ID: Dance with the Devil Reinier Zonneveld), but this track is like the „newer“ gen of techno. In the 90s-2000s Techno used to be more minimal and experimental. Newer melodic techno is often almost comparable to psytrance but don‘t get me wrong.
At the end of the day:
The Clip is from the Thunderdome Festival where, Gabber and Hardcore was played. Which are like 2 different genres from a different time. Welp Hardcore is still present and going on like techno but it is still different compared to the past.
To sum up…
The Short sucks because the music is not authentic.

Hello! That's in Belgium, or Holland! typical party clothes at the time in the countries! In Germany the style was different! was out and about everywhere in the early nineties, and on the road too! The typical pills eyes, and the chewing gum to burn off the energy, and don't bite your teeth! great time, enjoyed it and don't want to miss it! was a part of it for 25 years, every weekend, now 5-6 times a year!
