The ABB TMAX has an electric arc interruption system used on the Tmax circuit-breakers allows the short-circuit currents of very high value to be interrupted extremely rapidly. The considerable opening speed of the contacts, the dynamic blasting action carried out by the magnetic field and the structure of the arcing chamber contribute to extinguishing the arc in the shortest possible time, notably limiting the value of the specific let-through energy and the current peak.

The dip switches on the S/I setting were skipped over in the video, I don't believe they stack like the L setting does?

Is the 50/100% neutral setting a % of the L dip switch setting or the breaker maximum or 50/100% of something else?

I need to set up the ABB circuit breaker RC222 please

Ok Khalled, the only thing I could find for you is the RC223 trip mechanism that attaches to a Tmax series CB. However the RC222 portion of this is in this manual written in 5 different languages, so just click this link library.e.abb.com/public/cec8ab4eccce1cc0c12578080070eca9/1SDH000471R0001.pdf and you should be all set.

You may have to increase your "Starting Class" parameter. Class 10 is minimum, you should also have class 20 and 30 selections which are for longer starting times at very heavy loads during starting. So try increasing this parameter/adjustment. Great question, good luck.
