Did you know; Smyrna was conquered by Timur with 4000 man against knights 200. Also Bodrum Fortress was belonged to knights and Mehmet the conqueror tried to take the castle 2 times (1453 and 1480) and both times knights managed to hold the fort until Suleiman the magnificent conquered the island of Rhodes on 1522. If the Latin Empire and Romania are on the map together, each should have a "name dispute" CB on the other as the Latin Empire was historically called the Empire of Romania. *Also the same with Byzantium (Rhomania/Romania) if it reemerges after Romania is formed. 😛

The Latin Empire has only Crusader state ideas? I love playing as the Knights. Previously that mission just changed the nation to the Latin Empire, which couldn't be removed even with changing into other nations afterwards. One thing you missed out on by forming that nation is, if you took Antioch as the Knights, you get an event in the mission tree that gives you +10% morale of armies and +10% national manpower modifier till the end of the game. (but I know you were only showcasing the new colour tag of the Latin Empire)
22:20 If you had taken Kostendil in the first Ottoman war you could take the Kosovo gold mine earlier. But overall great strat and im looking foward to try it myself
I noticed something funny while messing with the console commands. If you form the Latin Empire straight from the knights you stay a duchy but you can choose the 1st gov reform. However if you form Jerusalem first then the Latin Empire you get bumped to an empire but you get locked in crusader state gov reform.
Skanderbro, best bro. EDIT: Also neat that the Latin Empire is now a proper formable instead of a title change. I managed to make a cursed Roman Empire with the Latin Empire title in my Provence into Jerusalem campaign before 1.35 dropped. Those Latin Empire ideas would have been sweet to have.
