  • Rounding up my South American trip I finish with a review of my KLM B787 business class review. Flight time was 13 hours from Buenos Aires (Argentina) to Amsterdam (The, Netherlands).

    That's not what quite what I've expected from KL Business Class! Especially in a B787... interesting vlog and I like the neat way you give feedback about it. Good one! Until the next one!

      I expected a bit more but at the same time enjoyed it too. Whenever I am able to affort business class with a flat seat it's always been well worth it, especially on those longer flights✈️

    I would have registered a complaint with whoever is in charge on the flight, giving them a chance to resolve the issue. Then you can reference your on board complaint if you choose to contact KLM subsequently.

    Shame on KLM on changing your seat and lying that it was damaged. On a positive note great vlog once again!

    you should of tell the KL agent at the gate that you book the window specially business class seat
    i believe they change your seat as at the airport staff

      I trusted the gate agent that my original window seat was broken in some way. It was only once I was onboard for a while that I noticed they put someone else where I should have been seated.

    That's shoddy they changed your seat and lied about it. Otherwise looked like a good flight.

    Have you seen the comments from personel at the boeing factory about the dreamliner ? Most of them wil not ever fly on this plane they are afraid because of the construction of that aircraft.

    For what the broken seat concerned: broken seats with malfunctions which are not a flight safety issue, are never been issued to full commercial passengers but might be issued to staff passengers on rebate tickets if it is not a safety hazard. I know it might seem weird and wrong to you, but there might be nothing wrong with this situation.

      My seat had broken stuff too. It's the lying or not fully explaining that is very unfortunate and the KLM has a bad habit of this.

    Nice big Lounge. They lied to u about your seat that was so wrong they should have told u the truth.

    Standard business class (even Delta is just OK, nothing special) but shameful for KLM for lying and then switching your seat.

    To lie is not respectful towards paying clients. To be honest, I had similar experiences with KLM. They lie to you and don't come along with a proper apology. This is just not fair, especially the flight costs normally thousands of Euros. Did you make a complain towards KLM? On one of my last flights with KLM (a flight to Nairobi) I couldn't hold it anymore because nothing worked on that flight. I spoke to the Purserette in BC and wanted to speak to the Senior Purserette. But she avoided any conversation. Just a rude and respectless behavior.
