- Here's a quick at home workout for all you BMX Racers looking to be more explosive. While the workout is easy to set up, it's a tough one to complete all the way through.
Full Workout
Dynamic warm-up / Followed by 5 min spin on rollers
Complete the circuit 3 times
- Standing Box Jumps (5 reps)
- Depth Jump to Vertical Jump (5 reps)
- Hurdle Jumps (5 reps) Down and back is one rep
Roller Sprints
- 6-8 reps for a 6-second duration
Final Circuit of Plyos (complete once)
- Standing Box Jumps (5 reps)
- Depth Jump to Vertical Jump (5 reps)
- Hurdle Jumps (5 reps) Down and back is one rep
