If I do not care about starting my car with this remote (I do not have a push to start), can I still get this and be able to use the auto lock/unlock based on proximity? That's all I really care about.
Yes all the original features still remain. It also comes with a dongle so you can further tweak the proximity lock/unlock function

How quickly does the Bluetooth reconnect for the proximity sensor unlock and about what distance have you seen best results?
The bluetooth proximity sensor unlock is instant once within range. But I found the closest feature works the best

Hey quick question is the red and black wire that you weld to the part where the battery goes is that the function part where the remote starts the car?

@@KiddCady hey sorry man I had one more question... so my remote key for my Nissan has five buttons that have the remote button the unlock button the lock button the trunk button and the emergency button so since there's only four wires to put on the buttons does that mean I have to pick or choose on the last wire if I put it on the remote button to start the car or the emergency button?
Unfortunately yes you'd have to sacrifice a button

Yes my car already came with the remote start option. Unless your car doesn't have remote start all fitcamx smart keys come with the option to use the already existing remote start system

Yes everything the original key has, this has. Only Con is that if the original fob has 5 buttons 1 will need to be sacrificed as this fob only supports 4 buttons. I gave up the panic button
