It means they enjoy every part of life and laugh freely at jokes others may not find as funny (and those people can be buzzkills). Good humour is the ability to be funny, good SENSE of humour is related to someone's ability to laugh at something they find funny. Do you understand now? :)

If you can't act with different voices, accents, movements, and styles then you aren't an actor.. Olyphant did a slight accent and talked slow in Justified but that does not make him an Oscar worthy actor..... Carrell is a better actor as proven in The Big Short.
