Beautiful houses, even if I have the money for a house in a rich neighbourhod, I´d prefer a house in an average neighbourhood, they´re still too big and beautiful
I love how clean and calm it is Toronto is expensive though:( one day I will try living in these neighbourhoods before I use to think that Canada don't got these neighbourhoods and it was just america but Canada's one is so clean and less crime here peaceful area
Thank you for the video. Could you please make a detailed video about living in Vaughan? I am not sure how close the city is to you, but there's really not much content on the city - VMC, Thronhill & Woodbridge from an Immigrant perspective available on UA-cam. It will be nice to learn about the city, considering its proximity to Toronto and Brampton.
This is not the average Canadian vs the rich, lol. This is the rich vs the filthy rich. The average Canadian works minimum wages jobs, and they can't afford houses like that! I'm an average Canadian and can't afford those expensive homes, only people with money can. So it's the rich vs the filthy rich.
I'm from Australia and have to say this reminds me of Australia a lot, very similar looking suburbs. Would like to move to Canada one day, how do you find it there coming from Ukraine? My wife is from Ukraine.
Hi, we've never been to Australia yet. The suburbs are similar to those in the US as well. Where are you live now? We moved to Canada about 12 years ago and we love it here.
These neighborhoods are very nice to live in, as long as their residents have cars and they are willing and able too, to use their cars for doing everything. If they don't have a car or it is impossible for any reason to use their cars then they are done. There are no stores not even for the basics, no schools, no public transportation, no entertainment places like gyms, pubs, theaters, cinemas ( you name it).... nothing at all. And that is problematic IMHO because it is not that they are living in the countryside to have all the benefits of this type of living, but they don't live either in the city.
It's more difficult to access things without a car than in a big city downtown, but it's still not as bad as you make it seem. You can reach most of the businesses and schools within a 5-10min bike ride. However, if you want to leave the town, it's more complicated, but there is still a bus you can take from this town to a train station in Whitby (Toronto suburb), and then you can take the train to Toronto or other cities. It's not convenient, but it could be done in case of an emergency.
I know some residents in Toronto who owns a car and all family members have driving licence but hardly drive, they can still survive by simply walking or use public transportation and they live in detach house
Thank you for the video. Then I remember a word ‘decent’. I will be an immigrant and buy a house. From the video I know a decent house means lovely neighbours. I should find a decent community to set my home. Of course my family are decent and lovely too.
The cheapest cities in Ontario means northern Ontario which are a lot colder than southern Ontario such as Thunder Bay or Saute st Marie, the cheapest city of southern Ontario is Windsor
Not a chance! Who would want to live in a country that endures 5 months of freezing winter weather?! No thanks. Unfortunately Canadians are hemmed in. The furthest southern point is pelee island Ontario and that’s no picnic in the winter!!
I actually miss the days here in europe when we had -15C in winters which would last from November to the end of March. Trust me it's no fun to have +38C at night and the air being so dry you can't breathe...
I'm sorry but this looks like every other plain, bland suburb with no walkability, nothing commercial nearby and having to drive everywhere. Not for me.
