Technically no, its more so pretending i would say. I suggest watching Ellcrze's lets play because I believe she has an episode where she the kids go to a summer camp. I think that'll give you a good idea on how you could make this work as a 'summer camp' . But basically, I believe she created a different household for kids with an adult (camp counsellor) and then have them vacation/camp on this lot. I might be wrong, but that how I would do it if that makes sense!
