HELLO HELLO! and welcome to my UA-cam channel! This video is a day in the life of the first day of summer going into my junior year. My name is Amelie Desai, I am 16 and I love health, fitness, wellness, and fashion. It's always been a dream of mine to start a channel and this is the summer I do it! In this video I take you through a productive summer day where I try a new spin class, go to the beach, and hangout with friends! I want my channel to be a place filled with all things health and wellness as a teenager, to show you all that its possible to be in high school and still practice healthy habits while having fun!
