The Feliece Brothers!
Jan Kristoffer Dale Is it the Felice Brothers? Really? Jesus. I’ve got most of their stuff and it doesn’t sound like that. Neither does Oberst or Bright Eyes. Weird they don’t make a recording that sounds like that. I blame Mogus!
Thanks for getting back. Cheers.
@@nickmoranis2865 He recorded, "Salutations,” his eighth solo studio album with them. It is a companion to “Ruminations,” released in 2016, which Oberst recorded solo - piano, guitar, harmonica and vocals. “Salutations” is a full-band version of “Ruminations,” recorded with the Felice Brothers, plus seven additional songs.
*Felice* sorry.
Jan Kristoffer Dale Yeah. I’ve got both of them. I actually had to call my local record store to reserve Ruminations when it came out because there were limited vinyl releases here in Scotland.
Got into him around the Digital Ash release. I’ve pretty much got everything on vinyl now. Noise Floor, surprisingly, being my favourite thing he’s done.
First.
