- I created this video for the kick a$$ friend that wants to show their support and care throughout their friends pregnancy but doesn't know where to start. Being a young mom, I am the first of my friends to get pregnant so I know that often times friends genuinely want to help but because they lack the personal experience..they just don't know how. Here are some practical ways in which you can provide your loved one with the support, love and care that she deserves.

Great video! My best friend was a champ when I was pregnant. Funny story that I’ll never forget. I was full term, huge, uncomfortable, etc. and she took me out for a day to relax and do some shopping. I was EXTREMELY gassy at the end of my pregnancy and while we were standing in a line I farted super loud. She said that it was her and took the blame for me. Lol.

This was an amazing video! Listened to it as I cooked / ate dinner. My best childhood friend is giving birth in a month and I have tried being involved and there for her. However, in the last month I know it’s going to be harder so really want to be there for her
This was so helpful. My best friends are expecting their first in March. I've known her for 12 years and him for 9. Even being so close it's hard to know what to do bc there's so much stress.
