Thank you so much !! I’m single but I have been using your tips and tricks. You’re a genius I’m absolutely in love with these videos!! I have been stalking my local Kroger’s each week for these deals. And I’m amazed at not only how much I’m saving. But at how healthy and delicious my meals have been. I’m losing weight AND saving money. All of those managers special fruits, veggies, meets and bakery goods are awesome. I’ve literally gone from spending 50-60 dollars a week to $20-25. Thank you again. And the kale/onion stir fry is sooooo yummmy I had that last week !!👍🏾.
This must be the season for yogurt. Between Walmart’s clearance section and Ibotta deals and coupons, we have an entire shelf in my refrigerator. Love your finds.
I’m so envious of the markdowns you find! I can’t 100% shop clearance like that (most markdowns aren’t as good as sale promos if I just wait patiently) but because of you my clearance scouting is more diligent. I can always get dairy and salads at good prices but recently found cleaning products and flatbreads. Woo! I’m also inspired to try a $50 weekly budget challenge. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
I am a big Walmart shopper, but need to go to my Kroger for the discounts! Your yogurt drawer...getting stocked!! Cauliflower Ceddar soup recipe, yes please! Thank you so so much!
Looks all great and healthy! Yum. I think I picked up my best deal today, 50 cents for a veggie tray that is normally around $6. I couldn't even tell you how much our groceries cost this month since I needed to use some of the grocery budget to pay for bills instead, but we still saved around $70usd off our regular budget and our average per week for the year is currently $61usd a week, which isn't all that bad I think. January was a better month than February but we'll try to get back at it for March!
You are lucky, we don't have stores with clearance items like you get. I don't use coupons because I don't buy name brands and we dont have rewards at our stores. I just have to go to different stores and cherry pick, but I never see deals like you get!
Girl, I found two bottles of Cold Snap (an herbal vitamin pill thingie to stop colds) for $5 and they are usually $17!!!! I've never seen Cold Snap at a Kroger before in my life, let alone on Clearance!
My Kroger store (Mariano's) NEVER has such good deals. Oh, they have clearance shelves and racks but the so-called deal is maybe 25% off. And that's one of the good ones! SO jealous.
Question. Do you search the entire store to find the markdowns? I’m so amazed at how many you find. My store might have one or two markdowns in each dept, if any.
My budget is $75 a week but I went over by $20 this week I got a good deal on cereal for 99 cents and free yogurt. I also got nature valley granola bars for 1.38 a box plus some other deals. I have a hard time finding clearance produce and meats like you do.
See I did it for two people and then had to do a father-in-law that moved in that is a dialysis patient which mean he's on a renal diet I still try to do it for $200 on three people and this was a with a empty pantry would use all the food up and then go grocery shoppingI think last month was the first month I've had extra food still in the house when we went shopping and that's because we took the taxes and bought 2 months worth of food and they don't eat chicken or veggies witch make it harder
I came across your channel because I love finding inspiration for cooking affordable meals. What time do you go shopping to find these amazing deals? Do you have to go right when they open at the 9am time you said? Thanks for sharing!
Mostly in their own departments. There's a section at the front of my store by pharmacy with some seasonal and other random pantry clearance, but everything fresh/frozen is just hanging out in their usual areas.
Friday my Kroger had the organic grass fed 93/7 ground beef for .99/lb. I bought all 12 packs.
I would have too! Great price!
That's an awesome price considering I just bought mine at the lowest price I've ever bought at $2.99 per pound. I would've bought all of them, too.

Oh man, it hurts to see such good prices. Here where I live the average paycheck is 300$ a month, and basic food needs are like 500 a month! Insane!

No Kroger in my area, sadly. But I simply don't buy meat that wasn't on sale or manager's special! You found some really great deals!
Great deals on cauliflower and stir fry and well every thing

I love woo hoo deals, I miss Kroger, I loved that they did that, I've never seen a smiths but Kroger had those stickers and they closed
I am watching through this playlist. Quick question: Did you ever have an issue eating your clearance fresh produce before it went bad?
Girl, I found two bottles of Cold Snap (an herbal vitamin pill thingie to stop colds) for $5 and they are usually $17!!!! I've never seen Cold Snap at a Kroger before in my life, let alone on Clearance!

For the ground chicken you should make parmesan spinach meatballs.
I have been doing the discount shopping b/c of you. I been saving so much.

The stir fry kits we're "clearanced" for $1.99 at the local Smith's.
I love clearance shopping at my Kroger!
You have such great clearance deals!
Smith's is the same as Kroger here, I love getting the managers special. I noticed you buy mostly salad kits...I would go nuts eating just that.
Question. Do you search the entire store to find the markdowns? I’m so amazed at how many you find. My store might have one or two markdowns in each dept, if any.
At my Kroger’s they are all along the perimeter of the store. In their respective departments.
My budget is $75 a week but I went over by $20 this week I got a good deal on cereal for 99 cents and free yogurt. I also got nature valley granola bars for 1.38 a box plus some other deals. I have a hard time finding clearance produce and meats like you do.

The mornings are the best! around 9am?
Wow .49ground chicken
Free rocks
What is the best day of the week and time that you find these clearance deals?
Mornings is the best time, but I've gone on all kinds of days and it just depends.
I have a Kroger, always look for bargains and my Kroger’s sends me coupons
What days of the week do you find the most clearance items?
Any days, it's kind of all over the place.
Kroger is 1 hour away from me but may be worth a trip. Are the clearance items in their respective departments or grouped together somewhere?
Mostly in their own departments. There's a section at the front of my store by pharmacy with some seasonal and other random pantry clearance, but everything fresh/frozen is just hanging out in their usual areas.
@@allisonfc8373 Thanks Allison
Do you freeze your yogurt?
Sometimes, yes
So none of it was spoiled?
Nope!
Does your store mark down the same time every week?
Usually in the mornings.
Awesome finds 👍
