​@@vkodiyattu that doesn't happen every game though. I usually call and I get receptive teammates like 8/10 games. Sure in some games people won't listen or they might in the beginning but if you lose a couple of rounds they don't. It happens but in the long run you will win

yup that's the main thing. He talks about if you WERE to want to become a better IGL specifically.
But, most players don't want to just be IGL demons. Individual gameplay should take priority for anyone who wants to hit radiant, and that individual gameplay will be at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower level if the player doesn't know how to play any agents to a good level.

sometimes things dont work out but you can igl even in mumbai servers. i try to igl most of the times and people listen, tho i think they get tilted easily so keeping positive vibe is hard but doable

Just don't fill guys. That's the only thing that's incorrect from what he's saying. Filling means you will never master an agent but below Immortal agent mastery will literally be what gets you to Immortal. You're worthless as a player if you're just guessing how to play your agents. Stick to 2 agents maximum and learn everything there is to learn about them. That agent select 'tension' he talks about is negligible compared to the advantages of knowing how to play an agent. BTW if you're below Immortal then you definitely don't know how to play your agents, lots of fill-only players say "oooh but I'm really good at everything" but in reality, they would have an easier time if they didn't fill.
Lots of radiant coaches such as ScreenEN and Konpeki tell you to only play a few agents. It's also easier to vod-review yourself if you aren't the mfing joker card, because things actually stay consistent so any common mistakes you make won't be cluttered up with you playing 50 other agents where on all of which you make different unique mistakes on.
