when is Kalae supposed to be completed? ans how much is it for a 2BR ocean side?
Kalae is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2026. All of the east-facing 2-bedroom units are completely sold out. The direct ocean-facing units are both 3-bedroom floor plans for $4M - $5M. A few three-bedroom units are still available at $4.5M on average. There is one two-bedroom floor plan that is on the west mountain corner with inventory available, prices are from $2M - $2.3M.
