Ward Village Construction Update 2024 - Victoria Place, Kalae, Launiu, The Park WV #wardvillage
Ward Village is a dynamic master-planned community under development in the heart of Honolulu. Construction started back in 2103 with its first residential tower, Waiea. Fast forward a decade and we have 6 completed condo towers with another 3 under construction.
In this video, we go over all the construction involving Victoria Ward Park, the elevated walkway over Ala Moana blvd., Victoria Place, The Park Ward Village, Kalae, Launiu, and some other upcoming projects in the neighborhood.

That is the dumbest purchase ever. You can put the entire $7 million in a 5% interest account and make $30k monthly. Then you can use the interest to pay the rent.

Seven million and yet so very tacky.
Waiea was designed using a lot of stone and hard surface materials. In-person, it's beautiful but I can see how you might think it's tacky. Many of the other buildings use wood and organic materials which is a more popular aesthetic.
when is Kalae supposed to be completed? ans how much is it for a 2BR ocean side?
Kalae is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2026. All of the east-facing 2-bedroom units are completely sold out. The direct ocean-facing units are both 3-bedroom floor plans for $4M - $5M. A few three-bedroom units are still available at $4.5M on average. There is one two-bedroom floor plan that is on the west mountain corner with inventory available, prices are from $2M - $2.3M.
