INGREDIENTS:
For Oats Milk (yield 500ml approx)
Oats (ओट्स) - ½ cup or 55gm
Water (पानी), Chilled - 700 mL or 3 cup
Cashew (काजू), Soaked - 6 pc or 10 gm
Almonds (बादाम), Soaked - 6 pc
For Custard -
Oats Milk (ओट्स दूध) - 500ml
Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 3 tbsp/50gm
Yellow colour (पीला रंग) - a few drops
Vanilla extract (वेनीला सत्र) - a few drops
For Garnish -
Corn flakes (कॉर्न फ्लेक्स) - as required
Banana (केला) - as required
Green grapes ( हरे अंगूर) - as required
Mango (आम) - as required
Almonds (बादाम), Sliced - as required
Tutti Fruity (टूटी फ्रूटी) - as required
