Susanne, you are the queen of Paper Pumpkin alternatives. These cards are beautiful and even that offensive pink flower in the shaker wasn't that offensive. If I lived in Canada I would love you as my demonstrator. I love the idea of an paper and embellishment share. I can honestly say you are one off the less pushy demo's that I watch and I watch about 35 I think. Most are much more agressive in their sales pitch and people do need to understand that making cards and 3D projects with SU supplies is your way of making a living and paying your bills. I must confess there I politely disagreed. It's a bundle with dies, without ink, without cardstock and without even a stamping block. How can you advertise that as an ideal beginner kit? I don't want beginning stampers to be disappointed. I understand she has to sell too but please, stay honest. One of the all inclusive kits SU has are much more beginners friendly options.

Aw thank you Nancy. People complain...it's our nature and I understand that but I felt like I needed to address it today. The storage for the sponges I got at the dollar store. They are supposed to hold beads. I have 5 for each family. They hold 12 sponges. It keeps them contained and easy to grab. I hope you take a look in your area.

I thank you for your comments Carol and wish you the best of luck outside of SU. I know it can be hard to make a living on Stampin' Up! but for me it supplements my regular income and one day I hope to retire to a business that will make my sunset years a little less tight. This is why it's a little bitter pill to swallow when someone complains about building the dream. However, I have grown a thicker skin these last 5 years....being on a public forum makes one vulnerable. 99.5% of folks are super positive and lovely like yourself. The other .5% are kindly invited to leave my channel and I would understand and support their decision. :)
I like your business plugs. You are never pushy nor do you take up a significant amount of time. Like Hulu, I prefer a small ad or two with each video rather than clicking on a video that spends 90% of its time as a sales pitch. And you are no different from any other demonstrator/ inspiration sharer I watch. I wish I were Canadian and didn’t have a next door neighbor as a demonstrator because I wish I could give you my business.

Yes I was. I got the kit before the weekend and we have a holiday here in Canada called the Long May Weekend and while some people go camping and kick off summer I spent my time at the craft desk trying to get ahead. I am trying hard to get it together. Lol.

Hi Doyle. I am sorry I am not quick enough for you. It takes a really long time to produce that video. Right now I have 26 other projects that need to be taken care of before I can attack the paper pumpkin box. Sadly I work full time at a busy hair salon, and I am staying up quite late as it is trying to get all the work done. I really appreciate that you like the videos but it takes at least 6 hours to create and another 6 hours to edit. So it's a full day of work. I am trying my best to get through my crafty workload but I may not have the video out until the end of the month. I do hope you understand and when I feel too much pressure I can't create anything decent. My Paper Pumpkin subscribers (the people I actually make this video for) are extremely supportive and patient for this video. I hope you can follow suit. :) Thanks so much for watching my videos. Hi Pamela. I am super happy to live in Canada. It's a beautiful country with a diverse population. I live in the best part of it. Like watching the ideas that you give. I'm from the states (OHIO) but love your ideas nice and simple to understand. There are a few of you demo girls I really wished where in the states but I can watch you on the internet so that's OK too. Keep up the nice cards and ideas they help when I have a brain freeze!! Susanne, you are the best and always will be. I agree that you are the least "pushy" or offensive demonstrator providing inspiration for the rest of us. I am currently a demo, but will soon be dropping out because I can no longer sustain my business. If I lived in Canada. I, too, would choose you for my demo. You just keep on doing what you do. If people don't like it, that is their problem - you can't please everyone. Hugs.
I thank you for your comments Carol and wish you the best of luck outside of SU. I know it can be hard to make a living on Stampin' Up! but for me it supplements my regular income and one day I hope to retire to a business that will make my sunset years a little less tight. This is why it's a little bitter pill to swallow when someone complains about building the dream. However, I have grown a thicker skin these last 5 years....being on a public forum makes one vulnerable. 99.5% of folks are super positive and lovely like yourself. The other .5% are kindly invited to leave my channel and I would understand and support their decision. :)

I like your business plugs. You are never pushy nor do you take up a significant amount of time. Like Hulu, I prefer a small ad or two with each video rather than clicking on a video that spends 90% of its time as a sales pitch. And you are no different from any other demonstrator/ inspiration sharer I watch. I wish I were Canadian and didn’t have a next door neighbor as a demonstrator because I wish I could give you my business.

I’m sorry that people complain that you mention SU specials, etc. They should realize that they are getting your ideas and instructions free! It’s your business and you definitely have a right to promote our products and specials! As a fellow Demonstrator, it made me angry to hear that people are so ungrateful. Your cards are amazing! I will be "caseing" for sure!!

Yes I was. I got the kit before the weekend and we have a holiday here in Canada called the Long May Weekend and while some people go camping and kick off summer I spent my time at the craft desk trying to get ahead. I am trying hard to get it together. Lol.

Hi Doyle. I am sorry I am not quick enough for you. It takes a really long time to produce that video. Right now I have 26 other projects that need to be taken care of before I can attack the paper pumpkin box. Sadly I work full time at a busy hair salon, and I am staying up quite late as it is trying to get all the work done. I really appreciate that you like the videos but it takes at least 6 hours to create and another 6 hours to edit. So it's a full day of work. I am trying my best to get through my crafty workload but I may not have the video out until the end of the month. I do hope you understand and when I feel too much pressure I can't create anything decent. My Paper Pumpkin subscribers (the people I actually make this video for) are extremely supportive and patient for this video. I hope you can follow suit. :) Thanks so much for watching my videos. I have at least 700 other videos you can watch while you wait for this one to come out. I really appreciate you.
No! Don’t apologise! This is your livelihood and you have a right to advertise, you are offering free tutorials and inspiration, and honestly, these grouchy people wouldn’t order from you anyway! Hi Pamela. I am super happy to live in Canada. It's a beautiful country with a diverse population. I live in the best part of it. I get 4 complete seasons, summer is the best by the lake and we are surrounded by vineyards, orchards and ski hills. I don't know what would be more awesome. Thank you so much for trying to steal me.
