    Up the Jeeps and all, but the cinematography is terrific, especially the sound track.

      Hi there! I am a Kiwi living in Switzerland, who aims & hopes to travel to your fine country & state, one day. Do you know of any tours, or guides, or 'hobby businesses' who accept donations, or paid guests? Maybe a charity, with legal advice & a good local accountant, may guide you into a new opportunity, within your local community. Let's keep in touch, either way, as we all need guardian's & guides, from time to time ;-) Maybe you can reach out to other's who haven't visited in a while & we can form a convoy, or sorts, donating into protecting such a trail & the surround environments & all animals passing through. Maybe a local ranch can 'host' us for tent accommodation, or a good 'olde cook up, a grill, Braai, or bbq ;-) I hope you've settled in & have time & support, to live out your dreams successfully! Thanks for the inspiration ;-)

    Hey Frank, great video that showed the trail true to life. Good balance on the time spent at each obstacle. Yes, the music does seem like it came from a scary movie. And, the Garmin could use a little higher level of clarity. However, the Garmin superimposes the coordinates on the video and that was super helpful. I used your recorded coordinates, Trails Offroad’s .gpx track, and their write-up/pictures of the various obstacles. The video added a lot more detail to Trails Offroad’s pictures … including an understanding of the various lines available at each obstacle. My son and I (in two Jeeps … don’t do this trail solo) had a great time, because we had a good understanding of what we would encounter … and, a better understand of what the Jeep was going to do at each point along the line.
    Do like the map at the beginning of the video ... too many folks video only the name to guide the viewer. Some trails have a variety of names ... the map clears up any confusion.
    It’s amazing how much the trail has changed in the year since you ran it in the video. Some of the bolder fields in the washes were total different because of the rains.
    We did struggle with what Trials Offroad calls the “Bumper Eater” waypoint … starts at 23:30 in your video. Seems it sleeted just before we got there. Those rocks were super slippery just when we didn’t need that kind of additional challenge.

    Mr Gorcsan,
    Frank, if I may. My associates and I are totally intrigued by the score you have created to accompany the video. We believe that this will be a groundbreaking genre that is currently lacking in the contemporary mediascape. I have DM'd you. Frank, there is a real opportunity here. Looking forward to working with you.

      I am a hobby musician & enjoyed the way the music captured the scenery & events as they were unfolding. Surreal, the timing, with the halos & spinning vibes, dust & not a speck of rust! I wish I played, better than I do, on 'mees clari' on a better instrument than I currently have, not that 'she's' at all, that bad. There appears to be a couple of small nicks in the 'throat, or neck', maybe put there with intent, to check who will travel the furtherest, to inspect it, with no one there, to pay cash & leave, without giving 'her' a good test .... Ha, ha, he, he! Jokes on me ;-) Anyways, 'she' is the same age as me, wooden & made in Paris, France; just incase you are Texan ;-) Her number is limited, one out of the wrong case, if you catch my drift ;-) One day, when I build up the courage, I hope to perform, or pro-form, by the 'See'. I'll try & write some words in some different languages, to describe where I need to go, to buy another unique creature, maybe with a lighter tone, with the authentic case & bit's'n'bobs .... Anywayz, until then, thanks for the wonderful soundtrack & do I hope you've secured a contract, to turn a hobby into some earning potential, in one form or another. Do the Ranchers like music festivals? For educated & intelligent folk? Cultural songs, with stories, but not too many lurid jokes ;-) Blue Gras, classy stuff, or maybe a new form of Jazz, or Blues .... Who know's what inspires people to inspire others, to compose a new sound track, for our spare time, while changing tyres. All the best & if I see you, by the 'See' side, give me a wink & a wave and I'll try to keep 'her' harmonics, under control, until I get me a new one, so I can start to save up for a wooden bass ;-) You can laugh along at life on this journey, around our solar system, mostly social on twitter, when I'm not on this tube, or another. Me handle is @chmikebuddennz Does anyone know of The Flight of the Conchords? Or of Hopetoun Brown? Maybe, they'd like to join us? Lolz und loz ;-)

    Do I need lockers for this trail? I have 33s but plenty of clearance mods and skids but no lockers.

    Are you sure that was kiss rock. I thought you by-passed kiss rock earlier in the video. At-least from other videos showing a different location for kiss rock.

    • @gascanFILMS
      @gascanFILMS  3 роки тому

      Pretty sure its Kissing Rock, looks the same as the pictures in "jeeptheusa.com".

    • @corksauve4949

      @@gascanFILMS It very well could be. I've seen two different areas called kissing rock. What makes me think kissing rock is in a different spot is because in the pictures you literally drive head on into the face of the rock. and it looks like the front of your vehicle kisses it before you try to climb it. To bad I can't share a pic, you would see what it mean.
