Another informative video. Lovin' it. The second you removed the foil, I could see how tender it was. The jiggle in the pan when you moved it was a telltale sign it was ready to rest. I'm so hungry!!!
Ohhhhhhhhh man......... i am drooling all over my keyboard. That just looks FANTASTIC! Thank you so very much Ryan for sharing this video. Outstanding!
You should do an episode making your own pickles. I just recently tried and found that it’s actually super easy and they turned out so much better than store-bought.
No. But I clean it every few months. Also every few cooks I don't shut it down when done and open the vents a bit to get a higher heat as it burns down. That sort of 'cooks' off any nasty stuff in the drum, I've found.
@@CookingWithRy Yup, just wish there was more of it. Really talking about when I do them. Crave more bark. I will be trying this one though. Looks great!
Your videos are always excellent Ry, this one was more clear and sounded richer in audio quality. Not sure if you changed anything or it is my imagination. Oh and what a pork pile! Nice jiggle on the butt. (that was the point right?) Take care.

All pulled pork is great to me.Smoking hot and fast are my preferred ways to do pork butt
Have you had any problems with mold in your hunsaker?

Where exactly in Colorado did you eat this? I live here and have never heard of it. You might try a smoked Pueblo Slopper.
Somewhere between Grand Junction and Aspen :) Just looked up that Slopper. Interesting! I might need to make that. Thanks!
Love pulled pork, I just wish by the time you’re done pulling it all, there was more bark! It seems to get lost with all the meat.
It's mixed in there.

@@katzsteel More bark is always better :)

Thanks for noticing. Working with a new audio processing workflow. Still trying to perfect it 😊
