Jolting Feedback is a wild perk. It was always super specific to get Jolt with a weapon(other than Volt shot, which sucks for rifles cause they're always slower reload) and now we can just dump on yellow bars and zap the mobs around em.
I guess now we’re def not getting Zhalo supercell back 😣
